The Bad: The workout is pathetic. I''d like to know who made up the lie that it is a 15 minute workout? There''s a brief intro, a five minute workout and THEN they REPEAT the 5 minute workout again. Give me a break. I can do repeats myself. The band was worth buying but a 5 minute workout?!?!? What''s up with that?!!?!?!?!Took some while to get used to resistance and positions. Watching the video is a must! It really helps with inner thigh toning.
