This toner band is, like most, very functional and pretty versatile if you use your imagination just a bit. You can do lots of different exercises for various parts of the body with it. This one is sturdy and probably has a good mid-level tension for most people doing multiple reps. For me, the only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the grips. The grips need to be more rigid so they hold their shape when you pull hard on them. Other than that, they''re really good.
This is the perfect thing for traveling... Lightweight with great tension. Very packable and versatile when you just need to get a quick sweat on in the morning.
