These folks definitely have a problem with disc compatibility!I ordered 2 Yogaletics DVDs from Amazon, neither of which worked in any of my 3 DVD players. Instead of playing the disks, my DVD players displayed the message "Disk Error". Each DVD included a notice to contact the company directly with any concerns, so I did. The customer service reps were friendly and helpful and explained that "the DVDs are new and are made in China we''ve had a few complaints." They then immediately sent me two replacement DVDs. The problem was that these did not work either and, by the time I received them, Amazon''s return period had run. I phone the company back and their response was to question whether my DVD players were working and to apologize because there was nothing they could do they wouldn''t refund my money because I had not purchased the DVDs from them. I''ve never had a problem with any of my DVD players and think the problem must be with the disks. Lesson learned, I should have just returned the DVDs to Amazon. The Yogaletics exercise may or may not be worthwhile at this rate I may never know.
