These shorts are great for running and working out. Asics brand shorts like these are soft and very flexible in regards to mobility. The inner lining is a darker color and I like that as white fabric tends to be a see thru, but not with these shorts. They also are true to size (I''m a 34 waist). Depending on your preference, a jock could be worn (I''ve worn them with and without a jock) to help stabilize. Great short and love Asics!
