I took the care to measure my leg before ordering and received and found that this runs very small and very tight. I literally need to go up two sizes to be safe. That leads me to the available sizes. Who do they have in mind to wear these? I''m an average size, athletic build and will need an XXL so that I don''t cut off all circulation to my foot.

It''s a shame the sizing is limited to the very small because this is a well constructed comfortable stay in place fabric. It''s very thin so wearing it under clothes is no problem. Still, you get a LOT of support. It''s a great option for someone like me who is allergic to neoprene. Elastic models don''t stay in place and don''t provide much support/compression. Unfortunately, anyone over 5''9" and of athletic build may be outside the sizing limitations.

If you have modest knee issues, I like this support. It is completely

woven and doesn''t bunch up in the back of the knee. At 5''10"/170 a

medium fits me fine, if I think I need more support I pull a second

over the first. I play alot of racquetball, and I''m pretty sure I have

a slight meniscus issue. Anyway, this brace provides the support and

mobility that I like. If you have severe knee problems, this brace does

not have any metal or hard-surface composition.
