For the price... I didn''t mind that this ring only lasted 6 months. But having said that... it broke/cracked after that amount of time. I noticed a wonderful improvement on my thighs and would recommend this "type" of product to anyone. And like I said, for the price, just order one every 6 months if you have to.

I have used this product for years, and replaced this one since the other one had broke from years of use. An excellent exercise tool in conjunction with the Pilates video.

The price was listed around $14 but shipment fee was near $10.00

I regret that I ordered it which is not worth for $24.00 and also time for waiting.
