Pure Fitness Power Tower

I received this and found the box damaged it appeared a forklift may have punctured the box. I saw a gaping hole and brought it into my place for immediate inspection. All the parts were present and no damage. The next day I put the thing together myself with 2 prs of vice grips in roughly 3 hrs. The bolts are not marked but the instructions give enough info so you can figure out what goes where. Let''s see the tower itself is not a typical fitness center machine. The machine looks and feels like it was designed for someone who has a small physical build, perhaps a young adult or teen. When doing the knee and calf raises the effeciency of doing exercise is great 5 stars, but I feel a little cramped where you place ur arms and elbows because the space is just a little to narrow for me. When doing the parallel bar dips, I wish there was foot rest or step and more support because the machine is a little shaky, so some exercise effeciency is lost. Same for the chin and pull up bar station.

This is an excellent, inexpensive and compact tower. More importantly, the company gave me outstanding customer service solving a problem. The box arrived with two left arms as opposed to a right and a left. I contacted the company and they promptly Fedex-ed me a new part overnight. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong part again. At this point, I was ready to give up. When I informed customer service, they immediately shipped me an ENTIRE NEW UNIT! Overnight... And free of charge. I now have a great piece of equipment and am still amazed that they were willing to do this. Buy it!

I purchased this item and 2 pieces were missing. I have emailed pure fitness multiple times, I have called customer service 4 times and left messages. I have never been able to get ahold of anyone or get a reply to my emails or phone messages. I will never purchase another item that is manufactured by pure fitness again.

Great fitness tower, I ordered through amazon so no damages or scratches...only reason I left a star off is the bolts aren''t labeled, but with some trial and error you realize what lengths go where and there''s is only 2 or 3 different lengths.

Mine doesn''t squeak at all but I''m only around 160lb; make sure to tighten everything down. Takes longer if you don''t use a ratchet set to bolt it up, I didn''t have one though.

I purchase thru plumbstruck which I will never do again. Their customer service was horrible. Only by directly thru amazon. Their customer service is great. I had defective parts and they said keep it or send it back. Like I am really going to send back a 50# box at my cost. I would think they would have called the manufacture to get my parts but they were lazy.

So I called and it took me almost 4 weeks of calling everyday to actually get my parts. You get a voicemail everytime with no call backs. I finally got thru and they told me to email them. Of course nothing happened. I called and got eht wrong parts the first time. Then after another week I got the right parts. By the way, all the parts are thrown in the box and they will be scratched.
