No frills workout that works. Would like to see the DVD split into chapters so you can skip ahead if you work faster than the video''s timer, but I can''t complain because it gets the job done beautifully.

Picks up your body nice, making it look less flabby and soggy. This workout makes you look like you got a body lift from plastic surgery or frequent body wraps, if you do it often. Only problem is that it can be boring; I force myself to do it because it works. If I don''t this at least once a week, ohhhh I can see the difference.
