I got this on sale at REI and use it for biking. The fabric is really nice. It does not stick or feel uncomfortable on a sweaty ride, and is also nice to have the long sleeves on a cool day. The sleeves are slightly longer than normal and have thumbholes. The sleeve is not long enough for me to stick my thumb out even during a run (this is specific to just my fit), but the sleeves being a bit longer than normal makes them just right for biking. I wish this came in a white or a yellow for visibility, but I do like the 3M retro-reflective markers on every side. This should work well for running and hiking as well, but have not tried it for that yet.
