I figured I''d do a little video review so I could show you some of the quality issues I wanted to review. I DO NOT recommend this product at all.

I said that the "handles snapped" and wanted to clarify that I meant that the fasteners on the handles that reinforce the handle''s connection to the band actually bent. Probably should of just said that but I didn''t want to do this again : ).

If you''re in the market for just one heavy band, I''d definitely go with the SPRI Braided Tubing SportCord Level 5 Resistance (High). I was able to try this out for a short while and found that its construction was top notch and the threaded design was actually a pretty great idea in terms of tubing strength. The chance that all three are going to snap is a lot slimmer that one band imho.

If your in the market for a set of bands than I would, hands down, go with any one of the bodylastics sets. In particular, the Bodylastics ***TERRELL OWENS SUPER STRONG MAN Heavy Duty Exercise Resistance Bands System with User Book seems to be an amazing kit. I say "seems to be" because I haven''t gotten my hands on it just yet but after reading review upon review of people raving about it, I believe it to be a top notch product kit.

This is one of the heavier resistance bands you can purchase at a good price. If you''re a serious weightlifter or body builder, I don''t think any of the available resistance bands will be sufficient for you. But this one offers more resistance than most -feels like a ~30 pound dumbell in each hand when you step in the middle and curl with each arm. Not bad...

Very durable in comparison to similar products. I use these power bands RIGOROUSLY, so I break them quite frequently. I''ve been using these for about a month now (which is far longer than most have lasted) and so far they show no signs of wear. GREAT product, highly recommended

I ordered this because I already had the Very-Heavy purple band and wanted something a bit tougher for curling and triceps extensions.

This doesn''t disappoint! I use these primarily as travel exercise aids, but they can very easily qualify as good for home use as well, especially if you lack space for weights or a resistance machine.

My Ultra-Heavy band didn''t come with the piece that allows you to close it into a door, so if you''re looking for that sort of functionality I recommend the very-heavy purple band. I wish it was slightly heavier, but it''s a fine product and it''s holding up very well against repeated uses.

I''ll also give the same suggestion here that I did for the Very-Heavy purple band, wear shoes when using it. If you don''t it pinches your feet and you can also snap yourself painfully as the band can easily work it''s way out from under your foot as you''re pulling.

This review is about the door attachment, not the bands. I''ve not used their bands. But the attachment is too short and too small. The one I have made by Spri is long and large enough to hold two or more bands and to easily insert in any door. This one is not. Don''t buy their door attachment. You''ll be disappointed.
