Hers 30 Satin Kettle Weight Kit

I have tried out a variety of kettle bells and these are one of my favorites because they''re made of vinyl instead of steel. I have not had any issues with blisters or too thick handles with this set and would recommend it highly. I mostly use the 15# bell but am grateful for the 10# for some of the exercises. My friend has shoulder issues and sticks with the 5# bell.

She uses them for her morning bootcamps. They''ve survived several months of use without any noticeable wear or breakage. However, the 5lb and 10lb weight are so small and light that they aren''t useful for any of the exercises. She (petite, 100lbs, mid-20 yr old) said she would just buy a 15lb kettlebell to start off. Additionally, the coating makes the weights a little more difficult to hold onto. This isn''t so bad if you are outside and have plenty of room for error, but I wouldn''t want to use these in a classroom setting with ppl all around.
