Great bench and was pretty easy to assemble. The parts are sorted by the steps for the assembly which is great except that ours was open so some parts were loose. In the end, only one washer was not accounted for which wasn''t a big deal since we had extra washers anyway . One of the brackets under the seat back has some wiggle room. We put an extra washer on the inside to try to reduce the wiggle. It doesn''t take away from the sturdiness though since your motions are not going to be side to side on this.

Wife got me this for xmas. Very nice bench. The box was a little banged up in shipping but the major parts were there.

Very sturdy and strong. I am a little less than 300 and holds me fine great for sit-ups and presses.

This bench is a bit rickety and it does not incline to a full sitting position, but it gets the job done for the most part. I think I''ll have to get a new one soon as this one is already leaning a bit to the left.

I''m on step 1 and the parts don''t fit. I suppose they have no quality control. The first part I picked up was covered with slimy lube. Awesome, free lube! I suppose I''ll have to wait until Monday to see what tech support says. Also, keep in mind the weight capacity for this bench is 250 lbs including your own weight, so you have to be tiny and weak to use this bench. Also, you have to not care so much if you actually can''t assemble it because the parts don''t fit. If you fit this criteria then this bench is awesome!

Two weeks later I have received the replacement part, and it also does not fit. I''m wondering if I''m doing something wrong or if the item was never designed to work? I''ll have to wait until tomorrow to talk with customer service. This is terrible:-(
