I bought this ball thinking that it was going to be a bit smaller. However, this ball is huge. I would recommend anyone to buy a smaller ball in order to increase reaction speed as well as catching. I practice baseball, so the smaller the reaction ball is, the better results you''ll see.

I have to say that this is pretty addictive! I originally just bought this as an afterthought but over the past few weeks I''ve been just bouncing it off the wall in my spare time at the office and strangely enough I have really noticed a difference in my racquetball game to the point that some of my buddies think I''ve entered the matrix or something. The basis of the ball is pretty simply, you toss it at a wall and since it has a bunch of sides, the ball with bounce off the wall in a random direction. The object is to catch it and throw it back at the wall. The faster you do this, the better your hand eye coordination becomes. Well, let''s just say the damn thing works!
