Ordered red. MUCH darker than photo. Only one tiny reflective strip on back. Pulled elastic cord on bottom ONCE when we took it out of the bag to tighten and it broke. Returning it. Shipped and received promptly. Have asked for shipping cost to be refunded also due to poor quality and poor photo. We shall see what they do. Update: prompt reply (within a couple hours), they will credit full for return, but won''t cover shipping so we''re out the cost of shipping for a defective product. At least service is responsive, which is good. Update: response was quick, and refund included shipping. In fact, they credited the refund as soon as I sent confirmation of shipment (tracking showed a package going to them). So five stars for service, not so many for the photo. The loose cord is something that can happen, and I would have been happy to repair if the color had been accurate. Anyway, kudos for good response.
