I bought this specifically to do the stretching video from Cathe Friedrich... It is too short for most of the stretches! They must use the 6'' version in the video, or else they are all a lot shorter than my 5'' 7"! Frankly, I feel a little ripped off that now I have to buy it again, but longer.

The band arrived quickly and was as expected. It is nice and strong to give good resistance and is as big as the ones you are given when in physical therapy. It seemed a bit expensive for such a simple thing. But is was the only place I could find that would sell you a small quantity.

I had purchased another band from another company before these, and that band was 6''. I am approx 5''9" tall, and the six footer was just about everything I needed for every type of exercise. That being said, I notice that the five footers in this package are just a little short for me. These were purchased as a gift for a family member who is shorter than me, so I''m not really worried and neither should anyone 5''7" or under, but if you''re six feet plus then you''ll most definitely need a longer band if you''re planning to do anything but the most basic motions.
