If your work outs don''t get really that intense, this will work. If you plan to have sweat dripping of your nose while you hold a plank, then this isn''t the right product for you.I have been using it for a month and I like it. Shows calories burned, although I am not quite sure how accurate it is (must have stop watch running to see calories burned) and you can input daily calories as well (I use my iPhone my fitness pal app to track my daily food/calories. Set myself for a certain goal and input that in the morning.) having this heart rate watch make me want to be more physical during my normal daily activities and also kick it up a notch to get heart rate at peak. My only con is having to almost come to a rest to take heart rate And depending on how sweaty u may be, it may take a bit to get a reading if at all. I just wipe my wrist and try again. Not too complex to use, still working out kinks because I didnt take the time to fully dive into the manual. Over all great product and a bonus it comes with an extra band!!!

The watch works well, but the heart rate monitor is unreliable, particularly during exercise. The directions are hard to understand (and I''m a techie)and even more difficult to remember, since everything has to be done in sequence.Reports on Costco.com say that this has quality problems as well, with buttons falling off and the watch freezing.
Luckily I paid less than $60.00 for it, and it has a good timer, so I''ll keep if for that and the spotty heart rate info, at least till the buttons fall off.

I received this watch for Christmas and was very excited to get a heart rate monitor. I was thoroughly disappointed with this product. Not only is it difficult to manage, it also doesn''t work. This watch doesn''t even take my heart rate! I called MIO support and they gave me tips to make the watch read my heart rate but none of them work. I also made my boyfriend try the watch and it doesn''t work for him either. It''s very difficult to use when your running 8mph and you have to hold the sides of the watch to get your heart rate. I''ve held the sides for as long as 5 minutes and it still DID NOT TAKE MY HEART RATE. Over all, it''s just a waste of money and I wear it as a watch instead of a heart rate monitor now. It''s very disappointing. Don''t buy it.It was not particularly clear that this is a woman''s watch. It says "Petite" right on the watch but the listing did not clearly specify this. Not happy.
