-Sprint warm ups. 30 seconds (Tension 3): 30 seconds (Tension 1); repeat 3 times.
-One minute recover.
-Sprint through mud. 45 seconds (tension 2): 15 seconds (tension 5); repeat 5 times
-Get off bike for two minutes of squats.
-Back on bike for active recovery.
-Longer Sprints through mud. 90 seconds (tension 2): 20 seconds (tension 5); repeat 10 times
-Recover time then get off bike to do two minutes of squats.
-Heavy hauler. 20 hard revolutions (tension 3): 30 seconds (tension 5): 30 seconds recover; repeat 4 times
-Two minutes recover time.
-Build up Sprints. 10 seconds (tension 3): 10 seconds (tension 4): 10 seconds (tension 5): 30 seconds recover (tension 1); repeat 4 times.
Five minute cool down.The workout is self is another good one, I am a fan of the Spinervals workouts. Where this one is lacking is the sound. It''s like the flunkie apprentice did the sound. It did not speed up and slow down with the workout like other spinervals workouts and then the last of the video the music gets so loud that it is hard to hear coach troy. I will be doing this one with the music turned off.

Just wanted to say how amazing this workout is. Hard, Hard, sweaty and fun workout. I own a few of Spinervals Fitness DVD''s, including Lean and Mean, Riding with Iron Girl 6.0, but none of these are as challenging as the Enter the red zone DVD.
