I LOVE the Mini Hoops. I''ve been Hooping awhile now with the Hoopnotica Travel Hoop and decided to try this out. I must say it was a bit of a challenge at first and almost an insult that something that looked so easyputting two hoops around my hands at the same timewas such a challenge. Not only do I get a workout but I really feel like my hand and eye coordination have improved. The DVD is pretty beginning but with these I am so it''s been going well... Will need another level soon.

I love Hoopnotica, and these products are no exception. It''s so much fun to exercise with these, you don''t feel like you''re exercising at all. Plus, they''re small enough that you can exercise with them anywhere. The instructional video is also great, gets you started quickly and the advanced moves are complicated so you won''t get bored and master them too quickly (I still haven''t mastered them).
