This machine has been amazing for me. I was a dancer and a waitress before becoming a professional in an office. Fast foward a few years and two children 19 months apart I was looking for something that would fit my life. This is some of the biggest bang for you buck. It turns out walking just wasn''t cutting it for me, I needed something more. I have sweat, and sweat, and sweat on this machine. In 4 short months I have quadrupled my intensity level and increased my time 4 fold. I put my earbuds in and zone out on this machine, and my half hour goes a long way. I feel strong and fierce again. And I''m the smallest I''ve ever been. It has benefited not only my body but my mind and soul. And I''m setting a great example for my children. Thank you.
