Ths is a great shirt for active wear (gym, running) and for mountain biking. The fabric is strong and not easy to rip or get snagged on tear which i wanted for biking. My other shirts got ripped going against branches, trees, etc. out on the trail. So, this shirt met my needs and the fit and shape was retained even after drying on med heat. Runs larger so get one size smaller than what you normally get. Similar to Nike active wear. The customer service from Tri-Mountain is excellent. They worked hard to make sure I was happy with the return on the first shipment that ran too big for me .
