This is not your typical Kettlebell dvd. This is 45 minutes of continuous movement. It''s great for people who are intermediate-advanced. Brook works you to fatigue. All of the "rests" are active, so you may want to use your lighter KBs for this work out (I use 15 lb KB, but switched to 10 lbs towards the end of the 45 minutes). If you are a beginner consider just doing the Fast Track: 15-minute Express Cardio segment, or the first 30 minutes of the work out to start. There is a challenging 10 minute abs section on this DVD too. As with any kettlebell workout be careful to use proper form (there is a great safety and instructional segment included). Brook cues very well; she always lets you know what''s coming up, and the cueing is even throughout the workout. This DVD will definitely help you break through any plateaus and reach your weight loss goals! It''s an excellent workout.

This workout is about 50 minutes long with warmup and cool-down. There are three chapters, two are mostly kettlebell swings and squats, of which the second one is a pretty challenging 15-minute non-stop moving section. During the introduction, Brook explains proper form and movements, and recommends 10 to 20 lbs for women and 15 to 30 lbs for men. I alternated between a 10 and 15 lb kbell and I was able to keep up (I work out 7 days a week), but with 20 lbs I would have struggled because of the pace. The emphasis is lower body, but the heartrate gets elevated as well. The cuing is good and the workout has a steady pace. The abs/core section felt very effective which is done on the mat with a kbell. The music during the kbell swings and squats is not worth mentioning, but it picks up for the abs section. I don''t think it''s as hard as advertised, but that is also dependend on the weight used. Overall, because of it''s repetitiveness I took a star away, but it''s a pretty good workout that tests your endurance and works your buns intensly. (I do think it''s too high priced though).

I have done tons of workout videos and this one is awful. Her word choices are awful as well as the cue-ing. I hate to say it, but she looks like an uncoordinated giraffe and an amateur.
