Portapocket Essentials+, a Strap-on-the-body Carrying Case

I''m glad to see this product has made it to Amazon. I''ve had one for a year or so. For me, my PortaPocket is invaluable for the gym. We live in a decent neighborhood, but that doesn''t mean lockers don''t get broken into. Holding a car key or money/credit card in your pants pocket is a risky proposition. Too likely to fall out when I bench press, do sit-ups etc ... Also, the notion of tieing a key and money into your shoe is cumbersome at best. Nice little product. It''s also held up very well.

I just got mine. I ordered direct from the seller''s web sight and got a free pocket with my first order by signing up for their e-newsletter. Portapocket.com has all the available products including one pocket long enough for epi-pens. They also have some very nice video reviews. I found the owner to be very kind and responsive to my e-mail questions. They were here within two days after ordering.

I got all three sizes because I didn''t know which would fit my phone, etc. So here is a little overview of what each pocket will fit what: the small pocket is really good for individual keys, cash, credit cards, jewelry; the medium sized pocket fits my clamshell cellphone; the large size fits my camera (and they say passport)(I''m also thinking a smart phone would fit); and the extra long one (which I didn''t get) fits two epi-pens or a pair of glasses.

I am in a wheelchair and I think this product will give me more ways to carry my things. I can even attach them to my wheelchair. I can see how they would be great for someone with a walker or cane too.

They are well made and very light. The straps are comfortable and secure. They come in black or beige, and are also available with bling. They''re made of a washable neoprene. The belts have a soft back to them and the Velcro fasteners are strong and well placed. I am looking forward to trying them out for different uses.

I was very skeptical of this product when first introduced this past fall. However, when I was looking for something to tote my money and Bonnie Bell lip gloss in while taking a beach jog...I found the PERFECT solution! Portapockets are a no brainer. Makes you want to say, "why didn''t I think of that?!". Great product, wonderful scope of application. You''d be silly not to have one.
