It really works by helping my waist and abdominals to be on place. I do exercise, but the belt helps to do a reducing effect of extra fat in this area.

I got this item in a small (I''m a juniors size 3), it was TINY. Literally could not get the thing around me. I called the number 3 days in a row. Nobody picked up the phones so I left messages and i got no call backs. I emailed the company and they responded quick and said they would send a size medium and a prepaid package to ship the small back. So I recieved the medium and it''s huge. I''m not sure what''s going on with the sizes but they suck. The product is flimsy and dose not close tightly. Definatly not form fitting. You could never wear this under clothing, the flap hangs out. It''s pretty useless, so i gave up on this item. I would spend the extra money and get a really good binder and skip this crap.

iam so glad i tryed this product but works with exercise i used it when iam going to my zumba class and OMG really is helping in my abdominal area. .the only thing it already ripped (to be honest iam using it 4 times a week and i stretch out hard...i like tied) but still works....iam buying a second one first was in march 13. ...but for the price ican not expect last long. ...anyway i love it and i will buying more. .......
