Brooks Men''s Infiniti II Short

Long-time runner who likes short shorts for the freedom and mobility. These shorts are made of great materials and the lining is superb, however, they are not as short as other shorts I''ve enjoyed. Thus, they don''t provide as much mobility as I was hoping. With that said, however, I would purchase them again. I''ve only used them for a few runs so far, but the quality seems great and overall a great product for any runner. They are pricey, but hey, what isn''t these days? They have nice pockets for keys, too. Oh yeah, the waistband is very comfortable. (Something I never really thought about before but was struck by how soft & comfortable they fit against my body.) That''s all. Go buy. Then go run.

I was looking for running shorts with pockets so I could put in my car key, my drivers license and health insurance card (both 2" x 3 1/4" plastic for I.D. purposes), and a Gymboss interval timer (2 1/4" x 1 3/4" x 1"). The Brooks Infiniti has two, 3" x 2 1/2" pockets located to the sides and over the hips: I put my car key in one, and the timer in the other and secure them with the velcro closures. There''s also an inner pocket at the waistband on the leftside where I hold my two I.D. cards securely with the fold-over, locking pocket flap.

The running shorts work great during runs, very light in weight with a smooth inner lining material and good wicking properties. They''re split on the sides so they don''t bind while striding, and they look great with the "racing stripes"! My waist size is 32" two inches below the navel, and my medium-size shorts stay on comfortably during my running sessions without tying the drawstrings.

Love these tempo short! They have two pocket on the side and no pockets inside the shorts. In fact, that is the only negative of this product. It would be nice to have a short sleeve top to match.

Great shorts. Mon-Fri I have to workout in an uncomfortable PT uniform. I look forward to putting these shorts on every weekend along with my Nathan Speed water belt and going for a 10-20 mile run. They are very comfortable. I''ve never used the pocket, but it seems like it would be pretty good to hold a key, drivers license, or something like that.

Buy them and go run.
