I''m a beginner with not a lot of strength and these are perfect for me. When they''ve gotten too easy, I just wind the cord around my hands a couple of times to tighten the resistance. They''re great for stretching too.

This is great!! I used one of these in a class at the gym and could feel the difference, the handles have a good grip so your sweaty hands do not slip. The CD that came with the product was OK. I would buy this product again.

This product is extremely badly made, the handle came lose within a few minutes of use with moderate force. The cord came back at me and left me a nice red mark on my neck.

The product description says "blue cord" medium strength. it''s not. it is light green. I had a Gaiam blue cord before that lasted several years, much better made with foam handles instead of cork.

I like this product a lot because its quality. The hangers are made with cork so they never sleeper and are very comfortable. The band is smooth and resistant level is in line with what it claims.
