Its a little different than the ones we use at the gym, but I do alot of traveling for work and it is a great training tool and doesnt take up luggage space

No tensions while doing hooks and I think it''s too long too be used. It should be shorten to get more tensions.

It''s not as good as it sounds. I would of preferred to just buy bands then this. I''m 5''8" so it could be I was to short.

I feel like it doesn''t really provide enough resistance when used on it''s own. Maybe I''m not shadow boxing properly. I use it on and off while hitting the bags though and I can really tell the difference there, so in that respect I''m happy with it.
