ASICS Men''s Core Short Sleeve Running Shirt

ASICS Men''s Core Running Shirt Short Sleeve Tee,Iron,SmallI ordered two of these shirts a white one and a iron colored one. They are great shirts for working out. Very lightweight, breathable so they wont get heavy and wet with sweat. They also look really great, they have a great fit an a nice and classy ASICS logo on the sleeve. I highly recommend them. Just one warning though about the white colored shirt: It is very light colored and because of the material, so you can even see some flesh tone through it all over, and your nipples will show through very clearly. So don''t buy a white colored one unless you want your nipples showing through.

This shirt is tops. Moisture disappears into this material like it was never there. I find the fit to be perfect as well. I liked this shirt so much I ordered another one to wear as normal clothing (the original is for the gym). I plan to purchase more and I will recommend this shirt for anyone.

Excellent running shirt. I got the color white and use it as a running undershirt because when I sweat you can kinda see through it. It does dry quickly though.

Good quality simple shirt but at least 3 inches longer than my New Balance shirt of the same material and size. Medium fits much more like a large than I would like.

I purchased this product last jusy (when they still offered it in red) and have to say it made a huge difference. the fabric is very light and wicks away sweat very quickly, unlike the t-shirts i had worn for 9 years that got heavy and sticky after 2 miles.

very comfortable, and a great fit.

Body Solid AAB2 Gut-Blaster Slings

Body Solid AAB2 Gut-Blaster SlingsI''ve used other ab slings, but this is the first set that I''ve used that is really comfortable (it is a little wider and thicker than most) allowing you to spend more time and do more exercises with them. The construction is amazing and you are completely confident that these will hold you and last a long time. Great value, too.

These are Awesome have had them for 3 weeks now and love them they hold me up and are very well put together I look forward to doing Abs now because these will help towards that 6 pack

AeroMat Deluxe Folding Exercise Workout Mat (Commercial Grade)

Aerobic Mat Deluxe Folding Exercise Workout Mat 3'' x 6''This product is exactly as advertised. Careful what you ask for! This is a heavy duty exercise mat. It would work best in a fitness room in your house or in a gym. I find it a bit heavy for setting up on your living room floor for a quick session. But I think I will take it along camping this summer. It is a sturdy, comfortable mat, well made.

There seems to be a lot of discussion over thickness of these work out mats. This one is a good 2inches thick. This one is built like a tank. Heavy material, stitched heavily, thick pad. Seems durable and I would say worth the bread. Folds up to store easily. Probably could use as a sleeping pad.

Buyers beware, I read the reviews and saw the comment stating they received an inferrior ''Aders Fitness'' mat...I ignored it since the picture and product description CLEARLY shows ''Aeromat'' and I knew this is exactly what I wanted. Well...I too suffered the same fate. This mat is a more squishy and the vinyl is pretty thin compared to the Aeromat at my local gym. This was deceptive (borderline criminal??)to list it as an Aeromat commercial grade when that''s not even the name brand you are sending people. Fitness-outlet employee who put up this description as Aeromat-you will give an account to a Holy God for every thought word and deed...I hope you will reconsider your product description and pic which is clearly intending to be deceptive.

I had been trying to find the right mat, and this was it. Very substantial. I have a home gym with a rubber gym floor over concrete, and needed a mat that was sturdy and thick enough to handle it. This also works for my husband, who is 6''5". It folds easily for closet storage when not in use. Plenty thick and for me the right amount of firmness. Worth the money.

I have used this mat for one month and am very pleased--it is very well made and of sufficient size and thickness to comfortably accommodate all exercise and stretching activities.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer''s 30-Minutes to Fitness "Cardio Quick Fix"

Kelly Coffey-Meyer''s 30-Minutes to Fitness ''Cardio Quick Fix''(#1 Hall OF FAME REVIEWER)NOTE: I received a free review copy of this DVD from the instructor.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer has become perhaps my very favorite instructor. Not only does she now teach in the town where I grow up, but also she''s about my same age (mid-40s), and I just really click with her low-key, down-to-earth style. That being said, I DON''T always click with all of Kelly''s workouts, nor do I own all of her DVDs. Furthermore, I''m not a huge fan of cardio. However, after I saw the clips of CARDIO QUICK FIX, I thought it looked like fun, and I was interested in trying the DVD.

Kelly works out here with two of her usual background exercisers, Sam and Lori, plus a new modifier, Noelle. The Main Menu offers options for Introduction Workout 1 Workout 2 Bonus Abs/Hips & Glutes Premixes and a Music On/Off option. (I found the music to be fun; it''s mostly vocal and very upbeat.) Other than an optional mat for the Bonus segment, no equipment is necessary for these workouts. I have broken down each in detail below.

WORKOUT 1

This workout starts with an approximately 5-minute warm-up. Kelly runs through moves such as marches, heels front, squats right and left, toe taps, front cross, knee hops, and body lifts. She does not do any stretches. She then moves right into the cardio portion of the workout. This basically consists of two long sequences--e.g., she teaches a series of moves in add-on fashion, running through this several times, then moves on to the second series. The first sequence is significantly longer than the second at about 10 minutes. Moves include marches, hip dips to either side, body lifts, insole taps (adding a bit of impact), shuffle with arms in/out, step/grapevine with jab/cross and flurry, and a softball pitch and catch. Although Kelly does repeat the sequence (a.k.a. "take it from the top"), I found the moves to be fun, different, and engaging. The second series is shorter at about 6 minutes. Here the moves are more standard--e.g., side shuffle, jog, 3-knee repeater, step heel, jump rope, side-to-side, and curtsey push--but Kelly ups the intensity with a bit more impact. At the conclusion of this workout, Kelly moves quickly through approximately 2 minutes of all-standing stretches, bringing the total workout time in right around 25 minutes.

WORKOUT #2

For this 29.5 minute workout, Kelly ups the intensity somewhat by performing higher impact drills. (Viewers always have the option of staying low impact with Noelle.) Following the same warm-up as Workout #1, there are an additional few minutes of low-intensity moves (e.g., squats right-left, marches, jogs) which feel like sort of an extended warm-up. Kelly then begins the drills. She starts with a lower impact move, then she switches over to a more intense version of this move for about 30 seconds. The movement pairs included marches to jogs, pop squat knee lifts to knee pops, side-to-side steps to skaters, elbow smash to elbow smash with hop, bob & weave to front punch with side leg lift, jacks to jack with jump, side-to-side step to chasse with floor touch, squat to squat pop, and back lunge to squat. As usual, Kelly finishes with a quick (

Asics Men''s Split Short, Black/Bronze, Large

Asics Men''s Split Short, Black/Bronze, LargeThese are great running shorts. Caution, they are short. But they''re running shorts, so they''re supposed to be short. They fit great and have a liner pocket that fits my keys well. I''m 6''1" with a 32-33" inseam, and the Medium fits me well.

These are the only shorts I will run in. I bought a pair and loved them so much that I bought 3 more. Fantastic shorts with great support for your gentleman parts and has a key pocket if you need on. No chaffing or anything I love how they are not too baggy like other shorts can be and they fit just perfect. I am 5''8" 145 lbs. with a 30" waiste and the Size:Small fits perfectly. I am very happy and I love how many different colors they come in.

These shorts fit wonderfully. They are a little short if you''re not used to true "running shorts", but a great buy nonetheless. Sizing is very accurate to other running shorts I''ve purchased.

I''m a fan of these shorts. Although not a true "split" short, they''ve got a split to about halfway up the short, meaning they''ll move a fan out a bit more compared to a not-split short. They wick moisture well, and feature a traditional key pocket in the lining. The length is perfect on me, shorter than a lot of running options, but not ridiculously so. Definitely a great choice for someone not looking for a true split short, these offer a bit more modesty. I love the color.

Mens Pearl Izumi Infinity Windblocking Jacket, Color:White/Black, XL ApparelTook shipment of this jacket in early January and have worn it 3 times/week since then. The jacket is great at blocking wind on the front, but breathes well enough to let sweat evaporate on my back. I regularly wear this at -15C with a couple layers underneath and I''m plenty warm. Definitely recommend this for running in Canada in the winter!

great cold weather choice....highly recommend for winter runs...best choice for the addidion to ones running wardrobe if in a cold weather climate

In 14 years of running, I''ve never been this comfortable in January. The wind protection is outstanding, and when added to a thermal base layer the warmth is amazing, even below freezing (I''ve been running in lower 30''s with 10 MPH wind). I''m 6''4" & 195 lbs. The XL fits perfectly, XXL would have been to much, I''m sure. PI may have built this jacket for cyclists, but as a runner I''m impressed.

Love this jacket! I was a little worried about other reviews saying it is a little warm, but it''s perfect for me. It is more sustantial than just a light weight shell. I''ve been using for 6 mile morning runs when the temp is below 40. I''m guessing with a layer underneath, I should be covered down to single digits. I''d highly recommend this and other Pearl Azumi gear.

Gold''s Gym Lose 10 lbs. Now! Workout DVD

Gold''s Gym Lose 10 lbs. Now! Workout DVDI have a lot of workout DVD''s but I like this one so much I stuck a label on it stating "Excellent!" so I would remember which one to use again and again. The DVD includes three ten-minute routines and I loved all of them. The first workout is with the step but you could just do it standing. The instructor for this first segment, "cardio blast" routine, is Jennifer Galardi she is down to earth and cues well. The workout includes plyometrics, side to side power jumps, plus hip stabilizers which have helped my push-ups a lot. The "metabolic boost" kettlebell workout with a different Jen is great! (whew!) 10 minutes gets your heart rate up and it is a fun routine. The third segment is "total body shrinker" with no rests between the exercises and it covers everything. I love it! EXCELLENT!

I love the fact that it is done in 10min segments so if I don''t have time to do the full workout, I can split it up. I have been trying to find another like it just for variation. My time is very limited so the 30 minutes is the key factor. Not to mention that in the 30 minutes, I burned 559 calories!!!! Absolutely love it!

I don''t like this workout. There are 3 people in each workout segment that appear to be in excellent shape, and I just can''t follow them. You need those weights that are shaped like a ball with a handle on top, and an aerobic step. This is not a workout for someone who is not advanced in exercising or in good shape already.

Reebok Women''s Easytone Pant

Reebok Women''s Easytone PantSo I have ordered so many things from Amazon, but this is the first thing I actually felt the need to leave a review for. I just received these in the mail today and they feel awesome! They are super tight (they are supposed to be for maximum results) and really make me want to work out! And that''s saying something. I also bought the shirt and toning tennis shoes. I am short (5''2) so there is a little extra at the bottom, but since the fabric is pretty stiff (not in a bad way, it''s just thick), they do not drag. I think taller people could wear these without a problem too. Overall, I would recommend these pants to anyone who really wants a good work out pant. They fit great, feel better, work muscles even when you are not working out, and they really enhance your workout! What could be better than that!

These pants are great and comfy!! While I''m a size 2/3 and workout 5 days a week, I still get cellulite in my butt and legs. I have had the hardest time finding pants that will hide it. I FINALLY found them!! I love the pockets on the back as well. :)

Buy Reebok Women''s Easytone Pant Now

I''m 5''2" and 140 lbs. I bought the medium and they fit great. Some reviews state too long but I like the length with my Brooks running shoes and just cuff them once. I bought them as I was looking for a compression running pant. However, all I found was compression tights and compression capris. As I have a little bit of a saddlebag bulge, I wasn''t excited about pegged compression pants. These are perfect compromise. My trainer of a year that I see twice a week and has never complemented me on my legs actually complemented me told me my legs looked skinny. I normally wear great Nike petite workout pants or very comfortable Champion pants from Target. These are my favorite now and I will be buying another pair. Well worth the investment...and since they have backpockets, would be totally cute to run around on the weekends for errands or such.

Read Best Reviews of Reebok Women''s Easytone Pant Here

I wore these pants for biking this morning and was pleasantly surprised. They are flattering, and even though they fit tightly, they didn''t make me look bulgy. The big question in my mind was whether they would make a difference in my workout, and I''m delighted to say they did. The toning bands inside the pants intensified my exercise, by making my muscles work a little harder to go through the usual motions. The effect is similar to adding a resistance band to a regular exercise regimen. The resistance is slight, but if it was too strong, it would be exhausting to walk very far.

Other reviews left me in doubt about what size to order, so I called Reebok and got the following sizing information:

Waist measurement 24-26 inches: small

27-29: medium

30-32: large

33-35: x-large

I hope this information helps others get the right size. The pants are extremely stretchy, so if you''re in between sizes, I''d go with the smaller choice. Putting on these pants is a lot like putting on pantyhose they are skintight and if you don''t pull them up nice and high, they will tend to slide down lower as you move. I found it helped to pull some of the material from the ankle and calf area up higher, and continue working upward from there. Once I did that, they stayed put much better.

Overall, I''m glad I ordered the pants.

Want Reebok Women''s Easytone Pant Discount?

These pants are GREAT but I had to return mediums and order a large. I normally wear a medium pant in yoga-type pants (size 8-10). But they fit great form fitting but fine.

Ergo Ball Exercise Wii Erogonomic Office Chair

Ergo Ball Exercise Wii Erogonomic Office ChairThis is the best chair I have ever owned. After years of suffering with chronic neck and back pain caused by sitting in various office chairs, I discovered the Ergo Chair. I sit up straighter and can actually feel the benefits. I have tried other ergonomic chairs, but they didn''t feel anything like this. I also like the fact that the "footprint" of the chair is small enough to fit my desk and that it looks very professional. I am going to buy 2 more for my family.

I wanted a chair that didn''t make me feel like I was falling off but yet forced my core and back muscles to engage. I have been using my chair a week now and have actually noticed a difference right away. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because in only a week I have noticed the frame is loosing already. I will be bringing my tool into work next week so I can tighten it up a little. On the other hand, I do roll back and forth between areas of my office so I may be too rough on the chair as I realize the frame is only meant to hold the ball in place.

Buy Ergo Ball Exercise Wii Erogonomic Office Chair Now

I had a problem with the actual ball upon arrival and they replaced without questions or return...quickly! I''ve been using it each day while I eye my screens and I cannot attest to its benefits so far but it does make me aware of posture while I''m sitting. So far, no issues and I continue to use.

PhitGrip Antimicrobial Workout Grip

PhitGrip Antimicrobial Workout GripI got a pair of these several months ago, and I haven''t used gloves for weightlifting since. At first I was concerned that I wouldn''t like the feel of the grip, but the grip is solid, and I''ve never had any issue with my hands slipping on either barbells or dumbbells. They go on and off of the bars easily, so it isn''t a big deal to change weights at the gym.

The best part about these is that you can say goodbye to that grungy feel you get on your hands after wearing gloves for your whole workout. The antimicrobial properties of the grips keeps away the germs, but I think another big benefit is that you don''t have festering sweat trapped in your gloves for each hour long workout that you do, which is then just waiting for you for the next workout.

PhitGrip is a great product. I got tired of my old dirty and smelly gloves. Throughout one training session, there may be exercises that don''t need gloves so I hated taking gloves on and off. PhitGrip solves that problem for me. I also don''t need to worry about all the germs on gloves and needing to wash them all the time. It also stays on the handle, I just hope I won''t leave it behind. Great job on the person who invented it!

Buy PhitGrip Antimicrobial Workout Grip Now

After getting my PhitGrips I can''t imagine going back to gloves. You don''t sweat since they don''t blanket your hands with sweaty material, they grip amazingly well and the other people at the gym constantly stop me asking what they are (attention is always an ego booster!). My yellow "phitgrip" logo is already worn out. I need a new pair. Time to place an order!

Most people train on a towel or at least wipe down the bench before they use it, but do you ever look at the bar or dumb bell and think who was using it last. Considering how tightly you have to squeeze to avoid dropping, and often those rough knurled surfaces god knows what you are picking up on your hands and then transferring to your mouth, eyes and towel without even realizing. The PhitGrip minimizes the chance of picking up someones germs or worse.

I watch people refusing to touch the door handle in the changeroom/bathrooms, yet walk straight over and pick up a sweaty bar... whats the difference?

Gyms are now a leading cause of staph infections in the skin, and this product can protect you against that, for next to nothing! If you are concerned about cleanliness, this is the product for you.

RECOMMEND!

Want PhitGrip Antimicrobial Workout Grip Discount?

I hate germs. I hate it when I go out to the gym, and some Bluto has finished working out and I get to his station and the bar is all nasty. I have to get a towel and wipe it down, but after a while, the towel becomes a wet mess. So I was so glad to see this product come out. I thought if it doesn''t work, I was not going to be out too much. I must say, this was better than I expected. First time I used it, I felt comfortable. It gripped the bar just fine, I did not have to worry about the sweat on the bar and it''s compact so I was able and am able to carry it in my pocket. I use it when I go to the grocery store and wrap it around the handle of the cart, so I make multi uses out of it.

I highly recommend this for the people that don''t like germs and also wants an easy to carry and use grip for working out and otherwise.

Lebert Equalizer

Lebert EqualizerThese are indeed great fitness tools, but $100 after a steep discount? for glorified pipe? Make a trip to the plumbing department, make your own custom-fit version for less out of 2" PVC, or, spend a little more on galvanized pipe and get a stronger final product.

I just received my Lebert Equalizer, yesterday. Easy assembly, although I was missing the 5mm allen wrench to assemble it all and so had to dig one out of my toolbox. Also, I had to bend the washers that came with it because the bend that was on them didn''t match the profile of the tubes. So assembly took a little more time than normal, i suppose. I used some ''thread-lock'' on the screws for good measure.

After assembly, it worked great. It''s very sturdy and stable. I keep it tucked in a corner of my living room and have at it during commercials.

Some suggestions: Although I don''t mind the yellow, I would have liked it in black. Also, the hand pads could extend the full length of the horizontal top and the feet could be of a better rubber instead of plastic caps. Also, no reason why it can''t be about 6 inches taller for us taller folks at 5''10".

Not a bad piece of exercise equipment, overall.

Body Rower BRW7200 Deluxe Magnetic Rowing Machine

Body Rower BRW7200 Deluxe Magnetic Rowing MachineSome of the other reviews here are, in my opinion, off base. Let''s face it: we all got this because Amazon offered it on Black Friday at a supposed 66% discount. Anyone who knew what they were doing knew that was too good to be true. That being said, a few things...

1. yes, the LCD is terrible. Hard to see and even harder to use. On the other hand, reading through the manual shows at least some basic functionality, and the HRM works great with a Polar strap.

2. "The plastic looks bad"? Seriously? People are buying a rowing machine based on how it *looks*? Have you ever seen a Concept2? Rowing machines aren''t works of art (shells are). They exist to serve a purpose and most do it well. This one may not win any beauty contests, but if you bought it to display in your living room, well...

3. The slide is NOT 18". Mine has 36" easy. I''m 6''4" and I have to fully extend to hit the back stop and the front stop would be an EXTREMELY close catch.

4. The pull is bit tough, but if you lower the resistance, it glides a bit smoother. There IS some of hard resistance near the end, but I imagine this is to prevent damage.

5.

The bottom line: I''m a big guy and, during my crew years, worked out on the old Concept ergos. This is definitely not one of them, but neither is it as bad as some of the reviews here say. The resistance is a bit funky, but that''s because it''s not a $1,000 machine. However, if you''ve ever rowed on an ergo before and have decent form, this one works fine. Whether it''ll stand the test of time remains to be seen, but if this is parked in a spot in your room and you intend to use it for a 30-45m pull 4-5 days a week, I imagine it''ll hold up. Of course, all this is moot since something tells me Amazon won''t ever be stocking this again. Seems to have been a closeout item in retrospect.

EDIT: After 3 days in a row of rowing (pun intended?), I''m quite pleased with this machine. So much so, that I''m bumping my review up to 4 stars. The slide is smooth, the pull seems fairly consistent, I get a full range of motion, and the fact that it folds up in a corner is excellent. And this thing is oh-so-quiet! Compared to the air resistance ergs, it''s amazing! I can row in an adjoining room after my toddler goes to sleep and keep the music down so I can hear it without waking him up. In fact, after I start breathing hard, my wife says it''s ME that''s gonna wake our son up! Still, the LCD remains a serious weak spot, but seeing as how this didn''t cost me an arm and a leg (leaving all two pairs to row with), I''m quite happy (I think the other reviewers just don''t realize how much a new, quality rowing machine costs).

**This review is written pre-exercise as I can''t get the rower''s computer to work**

This item, like nearly everyone else, was purchased on as a black friday deal. I''ve always wanted a concept 2 but at a third of the price, this was too good to pass up.

It came in 2 packages. I''m not much into assembling things but this one was fairly simple. One challenge I had was putting the handle through the pull cable

Visually, the machine looks great. There are no problems in the function of the rowing machine itself. Everything fits into place.

The problem I''m having is the computer program. I can''t seem to get the bottom left STOP to turn into START

I''ve gone through the instructions over and over again, pressing MODE just as the booklet says and I can''t get the machine''s computer to start tracking the row

I''ll take a break and check this out later but as it stands, if the computer doesn''t start working then this one looks like it''ll have to be returned

(#1 Hall OF FAME REVIEWER)(TOP 10 REVIEWER)Like everyone else who posted a review for this product so far, I purchased it as an Amazon Black Friday deal for about one third of its ''listed'' price. There were no reviews at the time so I trusted Amazon for not hyping a worthless product. Based on my experience setting it up and using it for a few days, I would say that this rower lives up to expectations barely and $300 probably reflects its worth.

DELIVERY, PACKAGING AND SETUP

No complaints here. Nothing beats ''free shipping''. The rower comes in 2 boxes, both heavy but 2 people should be able to take them to the basement (my case) or generally moving them around.

Assembly was not hard at all. In fact, I did it all by myself even for the parts where a second helper was recommended. All the needed tools are included, all parts were present and everything fit as expected. The assembly instructions and illustrations were clear enough not to make me scratch my head more than maybe once or twice.

USER EXPERIENCE

Mechanically speaking this is NOT a bad rower. The rail is long enough to accommodate users much taller than me (I''m 6''2") and, weightwise, it''s should support up to 250 lbs.

The seat is quite comfortable and it glides well and the grip is okay. The ride is not exactly smooth. The resistance feels a little jerky when you approach the ''fully extended'' state but it''s something I got used to eventually and I can''t say that it''s bothering me much at this time. This is not a good water rowing simulation but it''s not that bad as an exercise.

The ''computer'' supports a number of programs besides ''manual settings''. It varies settings as you row and you can pick from programs named: Rolling, Valley, Fatburn, Ramp, Mountain and Interval. In addition to these, there are 4 ''heart rate control'' programs: TGT H.R., 55% H.R., 75% H.R. and 90% H.R.. These should work when used with the ''transmitter belt'' accessory a chest belt that should be able to monitor your heart rate (haven''t tried it yet) but I will update my review if I do.

The ''folds for easy storage'' claim is partially accurate. It does fold but, the way the folding was engineered, I would NOT be comfortable folding it on a daily basis because I would be afraid that it would fall apart eventually. If it''s not moved around too often it should withstand a couple of years of use in a basement.

All looks good so far and this would be a GREAT rower if it weren''t for 2 big problems:

THE DISPLAY is probably the worst LCD I''ve seen in many years. Given that you are supposed to have your rower plugged into a power outlet (no batteries) it''s hard to comprehend why the displayed information is almost impossible to read: small, faded characters. Well... there is an explanation. The manufacturer probably saved $5 or so by picking the cheapest display on the market. It''s not impossible to read the display but for the first couple of sessions I had to actually use a flashlight while picking up a ''program''. Now, that I know where to look, I can figure out the number of strokes, the time and the calories burned while rowing IF I am wearing my glasses.

THE MANUAL while the assembly instructions could be followed, the ''computer operation'' pages are much more difficult to comprehend, probably because they are a computer translation from some other language. A few days later, I am still learning how to properly interpret the words (2 out of 5 pages more or less deciphered so far) and the fact that I can''t hardly read the display that should show the effect of me pushing the various buttons does not help at all.

MY RATING

Clearly, I am not very enthusiastic about my new rower but, considering its price and the fact that it does work, I am not as disappointed as to try to return it. A 3-star (more like 2.75 stars) rating, meaning "it''s Okay" seems to be fair.

I purchased this rower on black Friday as part of the lighting deals. I have had a rower on the list of things I would like for our home workouts for a while and while I wanted a commercial quality unit with the build quality of my Precor treadmill, I just couldn''t pass up the deal amazon offered on this unit. The computer provided is minimal at best and seems to have no backlight so it is hard to adjust in low light, and teh plastics used in the unit look cheap. Functionally with the rower I have no issues and after working out on it twice I can say I have no issue with the length of the motion or the build quality of the unit.(I''m 6''0" and 260lbs) It is as I expected for what I paid and an excellent addition for a budget home gym. I do see myself replacing it with a nicer unit at a later date, but this will hold me over for the time being.

I assembled today the Rowing machine and had the following issues:

1. Seat doesn''t slide --> hole location on one of rollers is misaligned

2. Strap #31 doesn''t come out (it is stock inside)

3. Plastic body is cracked not clear how, because packaging is good

4. the Lock Bolt doesn''t work

There are too many quality issues for an item which I purchased for $300

If you didn''t have any quality issues then it might be a good purchase, but longevity of unit is questionable based on my findings.

Quality issues such as I have should have been caught by the manufacturer Quality department before shipping it to the customer.

I think that for $300 it is possible to buy a better quality machine. Currently the unit I purchased is unusable.

It''s very unlikely that Amazon is going to carry such a poor quality product in the future

THis an update to my original review

I contacted Body Flex Co. about the issues I have. I kind of hoped to make the unit usable so I can try it out. THey offered to send me new seat and Lock bolt, but I still wasn''t able to release the strap which is stuck and wouldn''t move. THey suggested to return the unit back to Amazon. I upgraded my review from 1 star to 2 stars based on my contact with them. Boby Flex Customer service is very good and they really were trying to help me.

Updated 7-11-11.

After returning BRW7200 I purchased LifeCore R100. What a difference! LifeCore R100 is a fantastic unit and very high quality. I would highly recommend to by either Concept2 or LifeCore R100

Cross Back Tank

(3117-RY-S) Cross Back Tank, Royal, SmallThis shirt looks terrific in the photo, but it''s not as shown. One plus is that it has black piping around the edges, which makes it lovely. However, it''s clearly a factory defect, which, for the price, is atrocious. What makes the shirt interesting is the crossed straps, but one of the straps has been sewn incorrectly and is twisted, taking what would be a lovely effect and making it look cheap. I wouldn''t recommend it.

adidas Women''s 3-Stripes Pant

adidas Women''s 3-Stripes Pant, Dark Indigo/White, 3X-LargeThese are nice pants that have washed and dried good so far. They run a little small. (I normall wear a 2X in Adidas but had to buy a 3X) They were also extra long and I had to have them hemmed. I got them on sale so even with the charge for hemming they were a good value.

Purchased the pink pant and the gray pant with red stripes. The pink is really ugly. I bought it because it was on sale for about 60% off. The gray is less ugly but not particularly attractive.

The material is not up to par with the adidas pants of a decade ago. Then again, most things are not like they were a decade ago.

Three stars for the downgrade on quality and the ugly color.

Good pants, though, for lounging around the house and being lazy.

UPDATE: October 2012: I do a regular wash and dry cycle on these pants. I''ve worn them for a while, they are my go to loungers. Sadly, they shrank in the wash -lengthwise and widthwise along the waist and hips. Size up if you get a good deal on this. I''m taking off another star for the inferior fabric. I still give it two stars because it''s not the end of the world if you anticipate the pants shrinking and you get a good deal on them.

I love these pants! They fit well and are quite warm. They have pockets and I will buy another pair.

The material is thick and warm enough to ward off cold, and at the same time soft enough for you to wear to sleep. The only thing that prevents me giving this a five-star is that it runs quite bigger and longer for M size. I''m thinking of ordering more in S size.

Love these pants. These are "winter weight" material (fall, winter, or early spring but not summer). Very comfortable. Love the deep pockets. I am 5''3", 113 lbs., size 4/6. I ordered these in medium. It was the right choice for me. They fit great. Not too tight. I probably could have gotten into a small, but am certain a small would have been too tight for my liking in the butt and especially the waist (2" waistband is pretty thick). They have a generous length, which I like. I wear them just below my natural waist (an inch below my belly button) and the length is perfect with shoes on, but still fine with socks around the house. The colors are deep, bold and bright, as shown in the pictures. I''m very pleased and would recommend these ... but recommend that you round up when it comes to the size unless you like them very fitted.

One on One Punching Bag Work Out for Self Defense/DVD

One on One Punching Bag Work Out for Self Defense/DVD ONLY.PHYSICAL SUCCESS, INC. produced this superb DVD featuring the renowned MARTIAL ARTS and street fighting expert Rob Rolson(one BAD A**, I might add). This video has a good pace, excellent instructionthe narration explains exactly what techniques are being employed and for what purpose(no fancy terms that one has to be fluent in Karate to understand). The training session is with a BOB(a life-like "person" (manequin))and a punching bag. The video is suitable for the novice, intermediate and advanced alike, and also is a tremendous workout! Highly recommendedyou will not be bored or feel out of step with the instruction . Note: Mostly upper body(torso) is focused here, with a few "knees" thrown in(although Rob Rolson is a Black Belt, and could easily ''go there'').However any more would be overload, and would detract from the main focus: practical self defense:punching; hands to the face;"elbows";and much more.

Martial arts and terrefic cardio/muscle training work out for a "knock out" price. I''m surprised no one has reviewed this DVD sooner. A real GEM.

The video is kind of cheaply made and its kind of obvisous stuff. I was hoping for more of in depth defense work-out. There is some good stuff. People who have never punched a punching bag before should buy this product because it teaches you the correct way to strike.

You will watch this CD once and say, "I can''t believe I just wasted my money." I purchased a few different boxing CDs / DVDs when I bought this one and the Bas Routen workout CD''s were by far my best purchase. Bas''s set costs about $60 but you will use them on a regular basis and get a great workout each time. I''m warning you, do not buy this dvd, it is LAME!

Phoenix 98510 Easy-Up Manual Treadmill

Phoenix 98510 Easy-Up Manual TreadmillI am sooo glad I got this inexpensive manual treadmill instead of an expensive motorized one. I put it together in about half and hour. Its a little more of a workout than walking on a level surface (you''re walking slightly uphill all the time) so be prepared to stretch your calf muscles after using it. I also like how light and portable it is. I can push it out of the way easily when I''m not using it (though folding it up IS a little harder than they claim it is). I can also shift it easily to watch t.v. while I''m working out, or shift it in another direction and look out my picture window instead (you can jog on it, too). It also takes up a lot less floor space than the huge motorized ones. The metal and rubber surface area that you walk on is less stressful to your joints than walking on concrete or asphalt-there''s a little bit of ''give'' to it. I didn''t think I''d use the little computer console, but its kind of fun to see how fast you''re walking and how many calories you''ve burned when your done. I also don''t have to keep checking my pedometer to see how far I''ve gone. The clock is ''off'' though, it''ll tell you you''ve walked for five minutes when you''ve walked only about three minutes. Also, when putting it together, they forgot to include the screws that hold the computer console onto the handlebars. However, when I called them about it, I immediately was on-line with a courteous REAL person, and they mailed the missing screws to me promptly (in about three days). My treadmill came pre-lubricated, but after a couple of weeks of use I noticed it was ''sticking'' a little. I lifted up the belt in a few places and just sprayed on some WD-40, and I was gliding along again just fine.

The item arrived safely and was well packaged. All the parts were included and easy to unpack. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble by myself (a second person is definitely not required). I jumped on and was amazed at 1) how quiet the machine is; I can actually hear my music or the TV while working out, and 2) what a fabulous workout this provides; my legs were burning within minutes! Having to push the belt with my legs provides a much better workout than a non-manual treadmill, and I could immediately feel the difference in my hamstrings and glutes my biggest trouble spots. I was even able to jog on it; it feels very sturdy. It did take a few minutes to get a good groove going because the belt was slightly jerky, but as soon as I did it was smooth sailing. As everyone else has said, you will need to hold onto the handrails while using to keep from flying across the room and crashing into the dining room table, but it really isn''t a big deal for me and doesn''t seem to cause any problems. I am 5''4" and my inseam is about 30", and the length and width of the belt are plenty spacious; I never feel as though I might take a wrong step on accident. The machine is fairly lightweight and very easy to move around from room to room. And you can''t beat the price! I was sad at first that I could only afford a manual treadmill, but now I realize that it was a much better purchase for me. It is smaller and takes up very little space; it folds up and can be stored in an out-of-the-way corner; it is lightweight; it is very sturdy; it has fewer electronic parts that can break and cost money to fix; and in my humble opinion, it simply provides a more efficient workout than one where there belt is moving for you. I would definitely purchase this product again.

This product was pretty much what I expected. It was not too difficult to assemble. However, it should come with some lubricant for the belt, it was a bit "jerky" at the beginning. After using some lubricant on the belt it was much smoother.

The only problem I have with it is that you can''t adjust the incline. It''s design makes it naturally incline a bit and more difficult for me (having a heart problem) to walk. If you need a flat surface, don''t get this. But if you''re up for a challenge, by all means. Also, pay close attention to the belt size (width, legnth) It''s not very much walking space, so if you''re not that graceful, spend a little more for a wider belt.

There''s really not much I can add to the other positive reviews for this machine, I think it''s all that they say. I like the fact it''s maneuverable, and it wasn''t at all difficult to put together. I''m a 56 year old female, not fit (anymore) but I was able to put it together with a little thought. You want to use a normal phillips-head screwdriver... something with a decent handle to give you leverage and a better grip. And a normal wrench for the larger bolts at the base. The problem areas were the first step in assembly: putting the screws holding the handles to the console bar--use a regular-handled screwdriver and moderate force; they''ll go in fine. The front bottom piece (front support) that goes to the base of the handles...it is a very tight fit, and I had to get on the floor, put one end inside the opening, and push (muscle) the other side over to its opening. This was hard...you may need another person to hold one end or do the pulling/pushing.

I read somewhere there was a ''sticking'' issue. I found that this was due to my finding my balance....any motion that causes hesitation or a stop will feel like the tread sticks. I bought the silicone spray that was recommended as well, and had sprayed the backside of the tread before I did very much. It will still stop or feel jerky if your motion isn''t complete...walk like you normally walk, and hang onto the handles! It''s a balance issue.

I was worried about the 13" width for the walking surface, but it''s fine! I can see where I might be able to jog eventually...but I''m doing well to finish 15-20 minutes just walking. My heart rate is up within a few minutes....the workout is really better than I expected. Lots of glutes, quads, hamstrings...all get a terrific workout. I''m very happy with this machine :)

Oh, an added perk: the console is large enough to maybe put a book holder onto it. One of the drawbacks I saw with other manual machines that had only the little computer box, no console. (Computer also works fine....make sure all your wires are connected).
