works great for my 14 yr old (160lbs) i made a sled with scrap metal from gram-pa''s farm, had a make shift harness before that he said was uncomfortable so i got this one. after painting the sled his school colors seems more motivated now, says harness is great, comfortable and stays put, (makeshift one would ride up)now my 9 year old is using it too,(65 lbs wet)(he pulls a car tire as sled it a bit to heavy) to bad it doesn''t adjust down to his size. may look into modding this one so my little one can use it without having to squeeze straps in front to keep it from choking him LOL.

I got this harness for sled dragging. It has a 200 lb weight limit so I''ll have to replace it with a sturdier model, but I''ve used it to comfortably drag a 220 lb sled back and forth along a 30 meter path, and I was able to focus solely on pulling instead of the pain generated by the harness. If this harness performs this well when exceeding its maximum pulling capacity, sprinters should get many years use from it when sprinting with lighter loads.
