the exercise instructions (the man in the blue shorts) aren''t actually across the center of the ball like the amazon image depicts, theyre about 2/3rds of the way up the ball... also, the guy in the blue shorts is larger, in real life, than in this amazon pic... so if you care about how the ball looks, in real life the blue man is about twice as pronounced, making the yoga ball basically a picture frame of some dude in blue shorts doing his thing

aside from the aesthetics, i use the ball as a chair, and like it, it''s easier on my back, easier than conventional chairs, for sure

Getting the Trainerball fully inflated has been an issue but otherwise, I really like this stability ball. It would be helpful to include a better inflation device. Otherwise its great.

Shipping was fast, product is as described, although I may need a bigger ball. It seems that I am right at the cutoff for this size ball.

The placement of the instructions on the ball is a little different than in the picture on Amazon but that''s not a big deal, you can still see and read them.

My only complaint is about the little pump that comes with it. I spent hours and hours trying to use this thing. Save yourself time and frustration and use a bicycle pump or an air compressor.

Bought this for work after reading an article about the dangers of sitting for long periods of time. So far it''s working well I''m tall so I might have gotten a bigger ball (75cm) but other than that I''m happy with it.
