Veloce 12 lb Medicine Ball with Handle

I purchased this within the past six weeks--love it! I use it daily for various core exercises with and without the swiss ball. I''m also using it to correct the alignment of my golf swing. The handles have about one inch carved out if you have thicker hands. I''ve used the Core fitness balls also. This is just as good and less expensive!

It''s about the size of a bowling ball. It has two nice sized hand grip areas (so no, you can''t roll this down a bowling alley). The whole thing is covered with this firm nubby plastic / rubber material that is not uncomfortable to hold. The ball is solid, there is no sand or other material that shifts around inside.

If a 12 pound medicine ball is called for in your workout routine, this is a darn nice ball.

It''s not pretty. But darn does it do the job.
