Chains are good, the threads on collar striped out so the locking pin no longer works. But it''s not a big deal most of the member don''t secure the collars or they just clips to secure it. Get used 5-10 times a day, show some rust but it may clean off. Be aware they are loud when in use. You can hear them throughout the gym. We found that if you move the chains so they are not straight down and don''t pile up on each other the noise is less. Also if the lift is fast there is louder noise then if the lift is slow and controlled.
Chains were exactly what I wanted good quality and they shipped fast. They did have a protective coating but I just wiped most of it off with a rag and lifted with them that day. Overall great product I would recommend them to anyone.

Good quality product which I use occasionally in my workouts. I am trainer and it gives me some options rather than the standard bench press! Chain is long. I wish it could be shorter, but the same weight. Aloha.
