I bought this set because I moved and don''t have a CrossFit gym near me. The bands are great and comparable to the ones I used in the gym. The DVD is pretty dorky and low production value, but good for a laugh. :)

Bot this product as I travel often and for extended periods. I needed an aid to working out away from the gym that was very light, but allowed me to get a full body workout in an efficient, but concentrated fashion. In that the bands are like large rubber bands, ie a loop of solid rubber, they offer a lot of different ways to get a work out. You can loop around a post or pole, or use the included door loop for indoors. Add in a three foot piece of broomstick or bamboo and there isn''t anything you can''t do. The booklet and video are very helpful and done with an amusing self depreciating humor by the owner of the company, an ex college basketball player. In the video, he demonstrates over 40 different exercises from very rural Guatemala. I did have an issue with the product, contacted the Company and in short order, Ari, the owner in the video called me to help. I like the product. I like the attitude. I like the service. Joe D
