
I''m not new to Spinervals at all. My winters for the last nine years have consisted of many of Coach Troys workouts. This was a new one for me this year. I liked it. All i have to use this season is a spin bike since I am in Afghanistan it made for the perfect motivator to get me ready for the season when I get home. 42.0 is a workout based on 4 sets of intervals focusing on cadence and power. It works well. You''ll feel the heat of the workout the best in the last twenty minutes and really makes the who workout worth it.
