Stri-King Heavy Bag Wrap

I tried out this product after watching the on-line videos. The Stri-King was super easy to use and the directions were so easy to understand/follow that my 5 year old nephew set it up for me! I started slow with the 1 minute work out with just kicks and then moved into the 3 minute level with kicks & punches. Ultimately, I''ve moved into the 5 minute workout with a mixture of punches and kicks.....it is a real muscle burner! The way the heavy bag moved around after my strikes, it provided a great workout. It was also nice that no two workouts are the same as the lights have flashed in different patterns with each workout. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an awesome fitness/total body workout. Great job!

The Stri-King provides a wide variety of workout routines that do not get boring. The duration and difficulty of each workout is easily programmed. Just a few minutes of training and I was exhausted.

Really helps endurance, balance and eye-hand coordination.
