Great for pull-ups or chin-ups. Decent for push-ups. Despite the picture showing it being used for dips, it obviously isn''t very good for dips, as it doesn''t allow for a full range of dip motion. And I have no idea how this would be used for crunches, but it seems like a recipe for injury.
