j/fit Total Upper Body Workout BarHow could this product NOT work? You bolt it together, and hang it from a door, and get ripped. It''s as simple as that. The door must have a frame for the nubbins to hook onto.

Great for pull-ups or chin-ups. Decent for push-ups. Despite the picture showing it being used for dips, it obviously isn''t very good for dips, as it doesn''t allow for a full range of dip motion. And I have no idea how this would be used for crunches, but it seems like a recipe for injury.

Also, please note that you must exercise for this workout bar to make you muscular.

Besides being able to work my upper body, it saves me travel time to a gym and it is available to me 24/7. Also, it is great for apartments and small spaces. Great product thank you.

Felt very unstable even when I tighten all the screws together as much as I could. Would not recommend it for anyone over 160 pounds unless you like to get hurt.
