I have used this stability/workout ball for exercising, but also for sitting at the computer or watching tv. It''s very sturdy, easy to inflate with the included pump, and when I had a question about inflation Hands Free Living got right back to me with a really helpful answer. I find it useful for someone to lend a hand for just a second when replacing the plug, so the air you''ve just pumped in doesn''t escape. I''m about 5 foot 7-1/2, and the size is just right. I got this because it got good reviews, but i don''t like it it deflates alot and im not big at all. I checked for a hole theres no leak it just looses air within like 3 days of using it.
