These weights are fine and a good price. The foam is soft these are def for running only they aren''t raised off the ground so they would be harder for floor work but the handles fit fairly well around the hand.Here''s my problem there''s no consistency to the size of the product, which seems weird to me. I ordered one when I was just starting to get into lifting handweights at my desk so I wanted one to use for my triceps. Then as I got more into running I wanted another so I ordered another single one 6 months later it''s a completely different weight. The D-shape is the same, but the newer version is SO much thicker than the older one which, as a female with small-sized hands, makes it really awkward to hold. The color is also different, making them not a matching set. Wish I''d known that ahead of time and I would''ve ordered 2 in the first place since I liked the older version much better.
