POWERSTRIKE KICKBOXING Vol. 6Ilaria is a great instructor and she is so much fun to listen to and work out with. If you are just starting kickboxing, try her powerstrike 4 and 5 first and she goes a little slower and teachs the moves the best in those, but if you are used to her style#6 is just incerdible with very creative and fun moves and no breaks so the 45 minute work out is a great one. best and most fun kickboxing dvd I have ever done! Hope she has #7 out soon!

Great stuff! Illaria has excellent cueing, explains the proper form for each punch/kick/squat, provides a warm-up, a cool-down and everything in between. I really love that this is a holistic workout packed with cardio and toning for both the upper and lower body. After the warmup you will perform a series of punches--without fail this makes my lats and shoulders sore the next day. A series of kicks and squats follow. Obliques, lower abs, and glutes receive "the burn" in this portion. I enjoy the length and pacing of this DVD. You will sweat all fifty minutes, even without ballistic movement.

I have a difficult time finding workout videos that are challenging enough for me. I like an intense workout that burns mega calories. This is all that and more. It is so fun that I look forward to doing it (I don''t enjoy exercising...I only do it as a necessary evil). It is really fun. You can tell that the instructors are having fun too. I love the music too. It gets me pumping. The music is definitely a pet peeve of mine in exercise videos. Usually it sounds like it was taken from some cheesy porn video.

Once again, Ilaria has outdone herself. Very intense, yet easy to follow, Ilaria''s style of teaching these routines makes learning traditional kicks and punches fun and engaging. This video is a must-have for anyone who loves a great challenge and doesn''t mind losing a pound of sweat per hour.

An avid kickboxer, 17 yrs, I must say Ilaria delivers, she definitely emphasis on technique rather than speed, Like Amy Benton, how fast do yo want the routines to be??? Almost like you trip on yourself and the faster the better I guess, a complete stupid workout...you Go Amy, perhaps someone will manage to break their neck during your workout.

Then we have Ilaria, consistent quality workout, that delivers with only good results, keep them DVD''s coming, you have no competion in this department.
