How TRX ever put there name on this dvd is beyond me. All there other dvd''s are great. For example the music on the dvd sounds right out of a porn movie. Just bad! P.S. If TRX wants to credit me back i would be happy to return it for different dvd.
I have worked out in gyms for 40 years and have been looking for a good golf workout for many of those years. This workout is great. I watch it before going to the gym and it pumps me up and I generally learn something every time I view it.
