Good product. I can tella differance in my kenpo workouts. Do i think its worth 25 bucks? no. But if you got cash to throw around and want a minimul increase in resistance go ahead. I put these on the first time and the sand (or whatever was inside was leaking out) but thats because I had them on tight. Great product just to much money

I am a huge fan of Turbo Jam and was looking for a way to turn my workouts up a notch. These gloves do the trick. I think that they are a very good weight for the workouts and it doesn''t feel like you have a lead brink in your hand. I did figure out that you have to play around with the gloves a little to figure out the best fit for you. I wear them with the sand bag in my palm and put my middle and ring fingers in the finger holes. They are also quite snug. I have thin hands and I really have to stretch them to get them on. So if you have large or wide hands these gloves may not be for you. The only thing that I wish you could do was remove the sand bags after a workout so that you could wash the gloves in the washing machine. My hands sweat a lot with them on and its hard to get them really clean. Other than that I''m pretty satisfied. I''m glad I got them.

I have used these for several years and I started to wash them because they got kinda sweaty on the inside. After a few washes the sand started to leak out of them to the point that there''s always sand dust on our floors. Had to throw them away but they were great for the amount of time that I''ve had them. I''m looking for a pair that doesn''t have sand or doesn''t leak.

I am mostly happy with the gloves, however they are rather tight around the thumbs. The gloves don''t come in sizes, so if you have medium to larger hands this might not be good for you.

Also my husband just noticed the stitching is starting to run near the weighted top area from him trying to wear them. I may end up getting a larger set from another company for comfort.
