I use this every other day for kicking and punching drills. I am about 205 and a strong striker. This shield was good a few weeks, but has since lost a lot of padding. It''s still in there, just not stopping much force anymore.

This bag looked fairly tough online and fairly substantial out of the package. It does have hand holds on top, two sides and back. They could have added one more on the bottom edge though. The sewing of the handholds on the bag was not well thought out, during the very first workout my son managed to kick hard enough to break one of the handholds, the stitching did not tear...the whole area of where the handle was stitched to the bag completely tore out leaving a nice square empty hole in the cover!Save 23% off
