Jerzees 973B Youth 8 oz. 50/50 Sweatpants

Jerzees Youth Fleece NuBlend Sweatpant, Pink, LargeItem fit well. The description of the color given ''birch'' gave me the impression they would be white, but they are actually a light gray. No problem, they were worn under a Halloween costume for a little ghost.

These are great for hanging out in at home or sleeping in. My son would rather have pockets, but that''s ok, this way he doesn''t leave things in them before washing.

These are decent basic sweatpants. I had trouble figuring out the sizes, but a large seems to be about size 14.

The pants are of good quality. The shipping was a little slow took a few days to ship and were towards the slower end of the time frame. I actually had to get another pair slightly different locally for my daughter to wear in a parade, but they did finally arrive the day before the parade. Just wasn''t the fast response I''ve gotten used to with Amazon companies

Isokinetics Inc. Brand Deluxe Pilates Exercise Ring - 14" - 3 Colors

Isokinetics Deluxe Pilates Exercise Ring - Black - 14''i''m a pilates instructor, but my facility didn''t have rings at their gym. since many students had their own, i didn''t i would ask the other students to please get a ring, but i would provide some for those who didn''t have. I bought 5 of these (purple). There is not a lot of resistance---but that''s good for people who aren''t terribly strong. Enough resistance for ''new'' students, ''weak'' students, or ''older'' students. Also, some students complained that the padding on the handles hurt their ankles/shins when we did leg work. It''s been over a year, i think, and they haven''t complained in a long time, so i guess they got used to it. overall, pretty great purchase for a pretty great price.

The item is durable and well made. A sheet with recommended exercises would have been useful.

SALE-Tan Gym & Fitness Towel with Zipper Padded Pockets For Cell Phone and More!

SALE-Tan Gym & Fitness Towel with Zipper Padded Pockets For Cell Phone and More!I was looking for something to store my gym pass, keys, and mp3 player in, and this works perfectly for that. I no longer have to worry about leaving them behind, (as a towel is hard to forget), especially with the handy loop for hanging. I thought it was a tad expensive, but after shopping around, this towel has more to offer than other gym towels, and ended up costing the same. I would recommend it to a friend.

CycleOps SuperMagneto Pro Winter Training Kit

CycleOps SuperMagneto Pro Winter Training KitThis is the first trainer I have ever owned / used. The product is high quality there is nothing cheap or flimsy about its construction. The unit comes fully assembled just a few simple setup tasks and I was ready to ride. I also like all the extras that come in the winter kit (saved me having to buy these later).

As the product manual and a friend both warned me, you can''t use knobby MTB tires on the trainer just too noisy. I picked up a cheap slick tire and mounted that to an old rim that I will just use with the trainer.

This kit has everything you need to get ready for a race and then some. The box includes a sweat catcher, two training blocks, a trainer skewer, training DVD, and the magneto pro trainer. What I can say about the trainer is that it does wear your tire out really fast and I would recommend getting a spare tire that lasts long from the tire you would use outside. Flats are not fun at all when you go outside and the tire is more prone to flats since the tire has been smoothed out. If you are going to use the trainer make sure to use slick tires and for the people who plan to use a mountain bike on the trainer.

The overall quality is amazing though, I can sprint on the trainer and it take whatever pace I bring to it without problems. I know for a fact that I will not have to worry about the trainer breaking anytime soon, the only instance I thought I broke the trainer was when I was undoing the pegs on the legs and I thought I lost the peg. Used a screwdriver to get it back to place. This is what I wanted all this time and waited for the price to drop by another 50 before actually getting it. traded in 35 video games in order to get this trainer. Well worth the 400 dollars, I actually only paid 100 since I traded in video games.

Accelerator Run Watch

Tech4o Men''s Accelerator Carbon Fitness - WatchI''m a recreational runner. This 2010 Accelerator has some unique features. First, without using GPS, it will rather accurately measures your distance and speed -and without the little thingie attached to your shoe! Doing a few 5K and 10K runs, it''s accurate with 5-10/100ths of a mile. In fact, the watch has a walk setting and a run setting, and you can do both, and it will still record very close to the correct distance.

The screens are rather intuitivejust press the Esc/Light button to get to any screen, then cycle through the screens with the two buttons on the right. Finally, you select what you want with the Mode button. What you cannot figure out, just call the 800 number and an employee will quickly and cheerfully talk you through what you need.

If you just walk for fitness, or like to go out running in new terrain, and want to know your distance (and your speed + lots of other information), for the price, this watch cannot be beat.

I spend hours agonizing over what watch to purchase, and eventually went with this one because it had the best reviews. However, most of them still didn''t tell me what I was wanting to know. Is this a good watch for someone training for a serious run? The answer I have found to be yes. A lot of people talked about it being too complicated, but I disagree. It is like an new piece of equipmentstudy the manual and follow it. You''ll be fine. Mess around with it until you feel comfortable navigating through the screens. Once you have calibrated it (to do this you do need to map out a running/walking route of .40 miles, the watch does not automatically stop once you have reached this distance. It is crucial that you are precise because this is how the watch tracks your distance from then on.) It is wonderful because you get to customize your display for while you are running/walking. Mine shows my calories burned, distance, and time into the exercise. There are several other options as well. I have found it to be pretty accurate distance wise. It is not designed to be worn for an all day pedometerit functions best when used during workouts. Can be worn just as a watch, and has a sleep mode for when you no longer need it to conserve battery. Overall a very good purchase for the money. Great watch for runners.

This watch is perfect for what I wanted/needed it for. I took up running and I needed a way to tell how many miles I had gone and also my time. I love too that I can see how many calories I have burned, and even can use it just as a basic pedometer. I don''t think I calibrated it correctly though, so I may need to refigure that, the directions on how to calibrate it were quite vague. All in all i think it''s a great watch for many people!

I wanted a very basic watch to track lap times for my exercise runs and 10Ks. I was intrigued by the watch''s accelerometer to measure distance. But mostly, I wanted something simple with a very clear display. I''ve had the watch for a little over a month and so far, it''s just average. The display is REALLY hard to read when you''re running since it''s a bubble instead of a flat screen. And it''s plastic so it can fog up. Not really happy about that. And the menu is very non-intuitive so you have to do more button pushes than normal just to move between the Time and Chrono features. All in all, I regret not buying a simpler Timex Ironman but I''m ok with this watch for the price ($48)

Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker

Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker, BlueI have had the original Fitbit for a couple of years, and I''ve always loved it. My ONLY complaint was having to turn on my computer to charge and synch it. In these days of tablets, I barely use my computer anymore, so it was irritating.

The Fitbit Zip solves these problems. No charging necessary except for changing out the battery now and then, and synching is awesome via Bluetooth straight to the Fitbit app on my iphone. No computer necessary now.

Do be aware that if you have been stationary for a while (watching TV for example), the Fitbit display goes to sleep, and synching may not work. But just tap the screen lightly and it will then wake up and synch.

Another thing I like, is that it isn''t even necessary to ever look at the Fitbit screen. I wear mine on my bra, so it can be inconvenient to check my data. But with the Zip, I don''t have to I just open the app on my phone, let it synch, and I have my information.

By the way I had no problems with the battery door. There is a little tool supplied with the Fitbit, and I suppose if you don''t use that you might break the tabs.

Well done, Fitbit.

(Updated Mar 7th 2013)

My life is 8+ hours on a desk every workday. I got a treadmill 6 months ago but find myself often with excuses not to stand on it but rather in front of the computer in my den most of the nights. I crossed shopped the Fitbit one and decided to buy a pair of this Fitbit Zip for me and wify two weeks ago. I got to say, this idea works wonders. Nothing motivates me better than keeping a little score of myself. Now I know I walk 4k~5k a day and I spend ~30 minutes everyday at home to walk that extra couple miles to get my 10k steps. Already lost 2 lbs. My wife hits almost 12k a day and I don''t know if I''m able to catch her soon.

Let me tell you why the Zip is perfect, rather than a pedometer, or the better Fitbit One model:

1. It IS a pedometer that is zero-maintenance! That is the single most important feature. It has no buttons and requires nothing from you other than keeping it on yourself. It auto-resets to zero at midnight and constantly syncs data online. Old school pedometers need to be reset and recorded manually, enough for lazy people like me to stay away.

2. It syncs with my iPhone 4s using the low-power Bluetooth 4.0 (by the way a very new, high-tech mode) about every 40 minutes or every time when I fire up the Fitbit app. Again nothing is needed from me. This single handedly beats all the Nike band, Jawbone Up or the old Fitbit where you need to plug in something to sync. One thing to note: the iPhone Fitbit app does not sync to the Fitbit Zip in the background by default, just remember to go into its settings and turn it on. When on, the app doesn''t need to be in the front. You don''t even see the Fitbit in the Bluetooth device list. Everything just works.

3. No charging cable. This is the key feature that makes me proud of my decision away from the Fitbit One. It''s just one less hassle to deal with, one less routine to remember to do. Being lazy as I am, I will probably forget to charge the Fitbit One''s rechargeable batteries every once in a while and grow excuse not to exercise. Again the CR2025 coin battery for the Zip lasts several months (not tested yet for obvious reasons but it''s still full after 2 weeks on mine) that''s basically forever in today''s tech gadget language. These batteries are $2 for a 5 pack on Amazon so cost isn''t an issue.

So all in all, Fitbit Zip is a glorified pedometer but one that can be clipped on and forgotten without any hassle of clicking, charging or syncing. It''s truly changed my lifestyle as a lazy person. Highly recommended.

Oh by the way, I don''t understand the negative reviews on the battery door: I opened and installed the battery on two Fitbit Zips within 3 minutes, using the provided tool (really a plastic quarter). No problem whatsoever. Could it be a bad batch of devices those people got?

March 7, 2013, update on battery life: it''s been exactly 4 months since beginning of December and one of our Fitbits shows the "Low Battery" sign today with a notification on the iphone as well. I looked up Fitbit''s website and this means it has 25% battery life left. A flashing battery sign will mean changing it immediately and I''ll wait till then to do it. This is after average use of 12k steps a day.

I remember the carefree days of the Tamogotchi, where a tiny LCD face told me about personal responsibility, and more importantly, the tragedy of neglect. Oh no, my tiny LCD creature is sickly, for I have forgotten to eliminate its foul, digital waste! Oh no, I have starved yet another ducklike beast near to death due to my incompetence as a plastic bauble owner.

The Fitbit Zip has many Tamogotchi-like qualities, with one major difference: when its simplified emoticon face shows disgust at you, it is because you have failed yourself.

Many a lazy Sunday have I woken up from a pleasing, decadent afternoon nap, to see the little guy judging me from his silicon throne: ":P" Oh god, I thought. I could have been wandering aimlessly around my house, probably between my couch and fridge.

And yet, post-workout, he feeds me his genuine, electronic glee at my activity: ":D" YES. Finally. The callous but potent validation that keeps me motivated to continue plodding through my otherwise dreary life.

Because I clip him to my bra strap, he is literally a demon that sits on my shoulder. One time, furious at his intercession in my otherwise sedentary lifestyle, I yelled, "Are you happy now, you little a**hole?" My boyfriend thought I was referring to him, and we had a fight. (-1 star.)

But seriously.

+ Good motivator, great online support.

+ I haven''t had the battery case problems reported elsewhere.

+ Convenient, and easy to remember to carry around.

Cat thinks it is a toy, sometimes steals it.

Registers steps accurately, but an hour of Zumba is disappointingly low compared to an hour of walking.

May cause internal strife at home.

I am new to Fitbit. My wife and I both picked them up and have been using them for a few days. So far I am happy with the product. It seems to log my steps accurately. I like the small size as its only about 50% larger than a quarter. This makes it extremely easy to wear and hide because after all I don''t want to advertise that I am wearing a very fancy pedometer.

The website and phone software are very well done. This is important as they are a big part of the product. I have an Android phone so my mobile app doesn''t sync with my Zip as of now but the feature is supposed to be on its way. Its really no issue as the sync software was easy to install and the USB dongle is easily left in the computer. My Zip just syncs automatically when I am near my computer and makes things quite convenient.

Battery Door:

I know there are many reviews about the door being fragile. I have not had this issue. I do notice that the color of the door doesn''t match the device very well. I am guessing that they may have addressed the issue with a new plastic. Please comment if your doors color is off and you have this issue.

"Touch Screen"

This one had me a little upset at first. I was trying to touch the screen to cycle the mode and had no success. The trick is it isn''t a touch screen device at all! This thing has a very accurate accelerometer in it. It is sensing a jolt not a touch. I have found a quick tap with a fingernail is the best way to cycle the modes. You can even just flick the side and it will cycle as well. This made the device usable don''t try to touch.

I am happy with the device/software. I can easily recommend this product to anyone looking to help them track progress or gain encouragement by competing with friends or earning badges.

I''ve been an on and off user of Fitbit''s gadgets for about four years now, and they''ve been really effective in motivating me to get outside and walk. For those unfamiliar with these wonderful trackers, Fitbit offers two options-the Fitbit Zip, a $60 LCD display tracker reminiscent of your latest Apple device that tracks steps, calories burned, and distance, or the Fitbit One, an all-in-one tracker that shows your steps, calories burned, stairs climbed, and can track your sleeping pattern through the included wrist band. Still available (surprisingly) is the good old Fitbit Ultra; the Ultra has the same features as the One, but is bit more prone to breaking (or so was my experience).

Fitbit also offers a free food tracking service when you buy any of its devices and I can happily report that it is very useful. You enter every bite of food or and sip of drink that passes your lips for the day and the program compares your calorie intake to the data your Fitbit device has collected to give you an allotted calorie amount for the day. When it''s used consistently, it''s a great tool, and Fitbit is working hard to improve their mobile app (it was previously nearly useless) and has added Bluetooth to the Zip and the One to synch with your iPhone or Android phone as you walk so you can see if that trip to the 99 is really worth it. You can choose from several programs to meet your goal weight. Easy, Kinda Hard, and Hard. They each demand varying amounts of calorie deficits from you-mix and match to find the program that suits you best.

Today I discovered, much to my horror, that I washed my Zip today because I had forgotten it was clipped to some jeans I wore over the weekend. I''ve killed no fewer than three Fitbit Ultra''s before so I sighed and prepared to dispose of my tiny buddy. To my happy surprise, I picked it up and was greeted with the Zip''s adorable LCD emoticon face that gets happier the more you exercise. It had survived! I can''t speak for the Fitbit One, but the Zip has a screw-on battery compartment on the back-the fact that it made it through a wash AND dry cycle is simply amazing to me. Maybe it''s a sign from the fitness gods that I need to get my butt off the computer and exercise more....

No matter how you slice it, the Fitbit is an affordable solution in the world of fitness trackers going for $150+. The trackers are cute and almost unnoticeable under a shirt so you won''t have to explain to your partner/family/coworkers what that wonky device you''re wearing is. If you use the nutrition service consistently I guarantee you will lose weight. The Zip''s LCD emoticon will make you smile after you''re kicking yourself for walking that last two miles, and the device itself has been beefed up to withstand some water and impact abuse.

PROS: Inexpensive. Tiny and well designed. Effective if used consistently.

CONS:Easy to lose, easy to wash! Difficult to remember to log your food over extended periods of time as device nor app remind you.

Black Mountain Products New Heavy Duty Bmp Doorway Chin Up Pull Up Bar

Black Mountain Products New Heavy Duty Bmp Doorway Chin Up Pull Up BarGot it for christmas 2010. The instructions state that it is a new 2011 model with nuts and bolts that cannot be tightened by hand. This creates a lock that makes them harder to loosen while the bar is being used. After gathering my tools, I found that these nuts and bolts were hard to turn and they started stripping!!!

I hope I dont ever have to take it apart... cause it probably wouldnt happen without needing to drill/tap the dang things out... but everything else seems good quality...

DIMENSIONS: The long tubular bar that braces against the inside-facing part of your door frame is 41 inches long (so your frame has to be a couple of inches narrower than that--and most are). The upper rectangular bar that braces against the top lip of the outside-facing part of your door frame is 18 inches long (so your frame has to be a couple of inches wider than that--and most are).

The bar is working wonderfully for me, and I''m definitely glad I went with the type that has the extra grips. I''m not using the extra braces that are meant to be screwed into the wall above the outside-facing part of the door frame. I think these are included mostly to prevent a catastrophic, lawsuit-inducing door frame collapse that isn''t likely to happen if you have a normal, sturdy frame.

One star is removed only because what others have said about the bolts being made of lower-quality metal appears to be true. I read the reviews and was prepared, so I assembled mine VERY CAREFULLY, only letting the screwdriver slip a few times. Even then I could see that a few more slips and the ends would be stripped. Just do it carefully and you''ll be fine.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Want Black Mountain Products New Heavy Duty Bmp Doorway Chin Up Pull Up Bar Discount?

I didn''t have any of the problems that other reviewers had with regards to assembly. The holes were all lined up fine and none of the nuts stripped out. I even had a door frame that the bar fit well on too.

My main complaint is that this thing flexes and bends when I hang from it. It claims it will support up to 300 lbs. I weight 225 and if I use the outer handles, the entire front of the bar bends down a couple of inches or more. I don''t trust this thing to support my weight over the long haul of the P90X workout. I friend of mine blew out his knee in college when the chin up bar he was using broke free. I think the design is sound, they just need to have it manufactured somewhere where they aren''t using cheap grade tubular steel.

Cathe Friedrich''s XTrain Series: Bi''s/Tri''s DVD

Cathe Friedrich''s XTrain Series: Bi''s/Tri''s DVDI''ve done this workout twice so far. It is a beast of a workout. I love the pacing of the workout. You work in Bi-Tri rounds, so one set of Bicep work, followed immediately by Tricep work. Then onto the next round, for a total of 9 rounds. I highly recommend (as does Cathe) that you record your weights. The first time I went too light (you should aim to lift heavy enough to complete 10-16 reps). The second time I went heavy and reached failure in a few of the exercise (and boy did I get hit by the DOMS-truck the next day!!)

As usual this workout is perfectly chaptered, with premixes galore, with a two 100-rep challenge (biceps and triceps, of course), and two Core workouts (both challenging.)

Do you want those arms to be ready for summer? This is the tank top workout for the Biceps and Triceps.

So far everything in the X-train series that I have done is fantastic!

Weider MMA VKR Power Tower Home Gym

Weider MMA VKR Power Tower Home GymI purchased this item to add to my weight room. It makes a really nice addition and it is very functional. I wasn''t really sure what to expect (from looking at the online pics), but this item is very sturdy and easy to use. It took awhile to put it together by myself, but the instructions are easy enough to follow. I was very surprised at how well the item was packaged. Everything was individually wrapped and neatly packaged. Very pleased with this purchase!

The product didn''t look like the product I ordered, but that is besides the point. The assembly for this thing (specifically the pull-up bar) is atrocious. I am going to admit right now that I have very little patience for machines that don''t snap together correctly. Especially machines that are made of some bullet proof type alloy that can get a bit heavy after turning, and shifting, and pushing and pulling metal tubes in every direction possible. Don''t get me wrong, I went at this thing for hours and the holes for the screws just wouldn''t align well enough to assemble the friggin thing. I got so upset that after a while I disassembled it and threw the entire machine in the garbage, complete with punching bag. NO MORE WEIDER PRODUCTS IN MY HOUSE. I ordered the Stamina 1700. Awesome machine. It''s sturdy, light enough to be moved without much effort, but strong enough not to wobble when I put my weight on it (200 pounds). This is not a review to warn you not to buy the weider tower. For all I know the thing is magnificent when complete. However, this is a review to warn you that the assembly will require an extra person or two, and if you don''t have the patience don''t set yourself up for failure.

Elite Rings Freestyle Trainer

Elite Rings Freestyle TrainerI bought these and they are excellent, they have a good price, the handles are very nice. I train with these I love the fact that I can go from one exercise to another just by changing what I am doing and still stay in the same position, example I can go from push ups to push outs (I don''t know names of the exercises but instead of pushing up from your chest you push forward) I can change that to diagonal and sideways or one hand forward the other back. I love these I am only limited to my imagination. I can do upside down pull ups with these!

They are a lot of fun, a great addition to any Martial Arts DoJo.

Now for a word of caution these come with S buckles replace those with hardware store heavy duty carabiners, I use the kind that look like a tear drop, not the aluminum but the steel ones. The S buckles slip out (yes even with them installed right in the middle the way it says to), they slip out! When you are hanging upside down that is scary having one spin around and slide nearly off.

The carabiners are only $4.00 each and worth it for your life on the line.

These come with a small carry bag that seems useless, if you want to take these with you get a small to medium camera bag.

Sensei Wade Casaldi

Bushido Karate School

This is definitely a better form of suspension training than TRX. With a split design, you have freedom that TRX cannot give you. You can do all the exercises plus a lot more. You can vary your width of the grips, which you cannot do with TRX. This allows you to do dips, hanging knee raises, pull-ups, etc., that cannot be done on a TRX. All which provide you with a more challenging workout than the traditional forms and more freedom as well. It is also, a heck of a lot cheaper. $50 and your done. Also, the cam buckles are much more durable than TRX. These are made of metal, not plastic. Try breaking them! Very easy to adjust height, and has measurement markers to make sure both are adjusted the same length.

The only knock I give it is that you have to assemble it yourself and it is probably too much strap for in home use. (17'' on each strap) But you can never complain that they are not long enough.

Buy Elite Rings Freestyle Trainer Now

I like these rings better than the TRX system. Much easier to take down and put back up in my situation. The 2 "S" shape fittings slide right into the mount quickly. The 2 separate straps give more options also. The straps are very long and can get in the way, but I just rolled up the extra strap material and rubber banded it so it hangs much shorter. These are fabulous! Can''t beat the price. You won''t be disappointed. Also, I see many reviews about the straps slipping. That seemed to happen with mine, but I reversed them and they work great! They look like they are on backwards, but I think it is the actual correct way because they don''t slip at all for me. They are also very easy to adjust the strap length too. I bought these and the TRX straps to compare quality, and for the cost vs. quality....I am keeping these and returning the TRX straps.

I like this equipment a great deal. It is perfect for conditioning, and stretching. For the price, this is a great value. I have read from other reviews some people were dissappointed in this product. It is impossible not to like this, unless coordination is a factor. Installation is a bit tricky, thus using the instruction manual is a must. The customer service is very helpful, if you are a budget minded serious athlete, this is a great product. Good luck..

This is a great product. You can do a variety of workouts on it and after an hour of using it I promise you will be sore. When you buy it make sure you get some sturdy clips to hold it the ones that come with it might easily come undone and if i''m suspended i would like to trust the straps. Great device for half the cost of the TRX

Century Power Punch Kit

Century Power Punch KitI recently received the Century Power Punch kit and i was a bit skeptical when i opened the package because of the stretchy material that made up most of the glove and the fact that material was what the rings were attached to.figured id rip it apart in a days but its been several days of me beating on it and I''ve yet to see any wearing of the material. stitching''s holding well and i am getting a decent workout from it.some downsides I''ve had are minor like the resistance bands not being overly strong but its fine for beginners and you can always buy more resistance bands to attach to the gloves(wouldn''t put much more on it though because of the gloves). Another minor issue is if you have big hands the gloves may be snug or may not even fit.I wear a large in gloves and found it snug so larger guys i''d say buy with caution.all in all it wasn''t a bad purchase.

This is great. I saw the infomercial for a similiar item and decided to look it up. The other was expensive and most of the reviews were from the makers of the product. I decided to go with this one and am extremely pleased. The material is strong and the bands are durable. Great product for a great price.

I would have rated this a little higher but the first time I used it the seams at the base of one of the thumbs started tearing. It doesn''t seem like the rest of the stitching will hold up either. I like the fact the gloves have sand pouches to give it weight.

I have used the kit once a week for about two months. The principle is good and the exercise that can be done are useful, however the unit does not seem to be built strong enough. This seems to be designed for the those who are not really serious about punching resistance workouts. The gloves could be a bit larger, as they just fit my average size (9-10) hands.

First my belt loop stitching came out that holds the hook-loop belt in place. Not really a major problem just an annoyance. Next the stitching holding the D-ring on one glove let lose, sending the strap snapping back; The carabineer and D-ring attached to the flying into my chest. I am mostly disappointed since I have had Century Martial arts gear for 20 years that holds up to a real beating.

Great idea but poorly executed.

Clif Bar Builder''s Bar, 2.4-Ounce Bars

2013 Clifbar Builders Protein Bar - 12 PackPlain and simple, these Builder''s Bars are one of the best tasting protein bars you can get. They are crispy and chewy at the same time and they aren''t super sweet like a candy bar. And at 2.4 ounces a piece they are large enough and filling enough to be a meal replacement.

And the one thing that I really like is that when I read the ingredients, I actually know what the stuff is! Nothing weird or unnatural, just real ingredients!

Out of the four flavors available (Chocolate Mint, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Cookies `n Cream) I prefer the Chocolate Mint and Peanut Butter, mainly because they taste even less like a protein bar. I''m not saying the plain Chocolate and Cookies ''n Cream are bad tasting, just that I prefer the taste of the Chocolate Mint and Peanut Butter ones (they are all really tasty).

These are just awesome, 100% natural, high protein, real ingredients, and they taste great! I just love them!

A bit of product info:

Vanilla Almond: 39% organic ingredients

Chocolate Mint: 32% organic ingredients

Chocolate: 33% organic ingredients

Cookies `n Cream: 35% organic ingredients

Peanut Butter: 35% organic ingredients

Side note:

Do not buy these expired (like on eBay or in-store)! Since these bars do not contain any preservatives they can loose their freshness and vitamin potency quickly and can develop a simple bread mold. It is recommended that they be eaten within a month of their sell by date (they are guaranteed to be fresh one month passed the sell by date printed on the wrapper).

EDIT: I just bought myself a couple of boxes of the of the new Vanilla Almond flavor and oh my they are mighty tasty. Sometimes you just don''t want a chocolate protein bar and these fit the bill perfectly! And just like the other Builder Bars they are not super sweet, just a perfect balance. That and they contain more organic ingredients then the other Builder Bars (39%).

If chocolate is not your pleasure try the Vanilla Almond bars, you will not be disappointed!

I''m 26m, 6'' 185 and growing. Work out regularly, mostly weights and basketball. I''m allergic to peanuts, which makes most protein bars off-limits for me. This is the only bar I''ve found where the non-peanut flavors don''t contain trace amounts of peanuts to set off my allergies. Incredible, if for only that reason. But there''s more.

20g of protein. Wow. This can be a meal replacement if you''re on the road or it can be the mid-morning, early-evening or even late-night snack, especially if you''re trying to build lean muscle and shooting for 1.5 or more grams of protein per pound of body weight. It''s an easy 20.

The carbs are real, as another review says. It''s clean energy, to be effective either before or after a workout. I prefer to take in liquid protein after a workout, the body absorbs it faster, but in a pinch this would be a great choice. Beyond that it''s a little crispy and a little chewy, there''s a physical satisfaction from eating it that makes the experience complete. But, as another review said, this isn''t intended to be a diet bar, it is for men & women who work hard and use lots of energy throughout the day, hence the name "Builders Bar." I guess if you ate half of one instead of a meal, it might work that way.

Finally the taste is outstanding, when stacked against other bars (although I haven''t tried many, due to peanut allergies). If you close your eyes and pretend, it really could be a dessert. I stick to the cookies & cream or chocolate. Chocolate is yummy dunked in hot coffee mid-morning.

I buy a box every two weeks and keep stocked at home, work and oftentimes one in the car just in case I get hungry. Another review said the outside chocolate got crumbly, this is true, if it gets hot and melted. When the things solidify they crumble. Doesn''t change the taste but it''s messy. Keep them cool and you''re in good shape. I''ve even tried putting them in the freezer prior to eating, not bad but no significant difference.

Thank you Clif!

...the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it uses soy protein instead of whey protein. Whey is supposed to be the best type of protein available, much more easily absorbed in the human body.

However I am happy to report that I''ve never experienced stomach upset or any other problems from eating these bars, so maybe my digestive system is better than most. I HAVE had a few issues (gas and bloating) from eating a meal with a lot of soy products, notably tofu, so I know the rap on soy is not unjustified.

Otherwise, I highly recommend this bar. I eat it after lifting weights at the gym, it ties me over for a good hour or two before I have a normal meal, which can be of a slightly smaller size at that point. Tastes infinitely better than MetRx, Powerbar Protein Plus, Myoplex Deluxe (yuck! by far the grossest). Only Detour protein bars can compete with this bar taste-wise, but Detour seems more suited for someone on a low-carb regimen whereas this Builder''s Bar is more balanced between protein and carbs. Of course the fact that it''s mostly organic and doesn''t have the dreaded high fructose corn syrup is wonderful.

btw, you can get these cheaper in the 24 pack at a Sam''s Club or Costco, though they only have two flavors, Peanut Butter and Chocolate.

These bars are delicious because they have the saturated fat and sugar content of a candy bar. Sure they have 20g of protein, but they also have 20g of sugar. These bars have 270 Calories, with 8g fat (5g saturated) and 30g carbohydrates (20g sugar). Compare that to a Snickers with 271 Calories, 13g fat (5 saturated) and 34g carbohydrates (28g sugar). Also, instead of whey protein (derived from milk) most of the protein in this bar comes from soy, which has some undesirable toxins, like dehydroalanines, nitrosamines, and furan. There are alternative 20g (whey) protein bars that have with a lot less carbs, sugar, and fat.

Cap Barbell Deluxe Foam Exercise Mat (72-Inchx24-Inchx1.5-Inch)

Cap Barbell Deluxe Foam Exercise MatI bought this folding workout pad so I can do my stretches on the ground because my back has had many surgeries and it needs some good padding for support. From the moment I took it out of the box I knew I purchased a good exercise mat because I have had a long experience with them when I use to workout at the public gyms. This one I would say is easily better then most gym mats because the padding is thicker and the cover of the mat is durable. I highly recommend this product to any person looking to add a mat for their house or buying bulk for gyms and schools.

This is sure to last decades. It doesn''t take up too much space so it''s easy to store. Its padding is very supportive so one can use it on a hard floor with no pain. Don''t confuse the other Cap folding mat that isn''t labeled "deluxe" with this one.

I was wary when looking at this mat because there was only one review, but I did purchase it for my home gym and I can say that it has worked out very well for me. I weight 165 pounds and do not squish all the way down through this may like some other cheaper soft ones, but it is not so stiff that it would be uncomfortable. Also, the length is great and it supports most of my body except my feet (if my head is on the mat). I do mostly core work on here, and it does not slide around and seems to be pretty durable fabric. So I highly recommend.

This pole works just as good as the X-Pole and Lil Mynx poles that are in my local studios. I had a slight issue with a screw that changed the pile from spinning to static but it was quickly handled and they were sending out a replacement in less than 48 hours. I''m so happy I purchased this product.

SPRI Step 360 Pro

SPRI Step 360 ProI recently purchased this after seeing a presentation on a home shopping network. While I was excited to try it out, I found myself unable to keep up. I inflated the step in accordance with the directions, but it seemed WAY too unstable. I realize that some instability is desired, but this was just uncomfortable. I proceeded to stop and re-inflate numerous times, which helped slightly. I recommend simply stepping up and down and getting comfortable with the feel of it before you try the DVDs. I thought the videos were well-done and I like the concept 60 seconds of exercise, 30 seconds of recovery. Music is pretty good, also. The combination of cardio and core/strength training is great. Jesse, the trainer, talks a whole lot which could get annoying over time. Overall, I think this would be good for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. I need to stick with the traditional step, however, as a beginner.

Good fitness equipment for beginner and intermediate levels, especially for people who have been in shape and want to get in shape again and for people who need to minimize impact but want a good cardio and "toning" workout. I very much like the challenge to build balance that is the best feature of the Step 360. I have resistance cords of varying strengths with handles that are appropriate in length and size to use with this product and I''m glad because the cords supplied aren''t going to offer too much resistance to a person who already has toned muscles and wants to build a bit of muscle. I''m surprised by negative comments regarding size this fits neatly under a desk when not in use. The DVDs are Ok, but sorely lacking in beginner instruction. There are other versions of the Step360 kits that mention a wall chart; maybe I''d have been better off with that. For all the glossy before and after photos in the two booklets (which look like they were designed by "Prevention Magazine") I''m surprised that there aren''t photos that show step by step positions for each exercise or even videos with slow motion demonstrations of each exercise. One really has no choice but to watch (without exercising) in slow motion to get down some of the moves. Or, maybe I''m the only one who doesn''t recognize the terms the trainer uses ("low jacks" "burpees" or who lacks the coordination to pick up the moves right away. I did have fun with it, though. I use a heart rate monitor and found that I burned roughly 90 kcals in the 20-or-so-minute sessions and roughly 50 kcals in the 11 or 12 minute sessions. In some ways, the Step 360 program is quite similar to the Pace Express: 12-minute Fitness Revolution. but the low-impact inflated step makes this a little better for people who want to exercise vigorously while minimizing impact. This is a good addition to my collection of high-quality, mid-cost home-gym fitness equipment. But unlike my elliptical, my free-weights or my Trikke, my teenage son and my husband (who are both fitness enthusiasts) will never want to use this thing :)

Since I already have multiple step platforms and a bosu, I didn''t think I really needed yet another piece of bulky equipment. However after getting this for a Christmas present I realized this is the best of both worlds! Unlike the bosu you have a larger/wider area in which to step upon. It was always hard for me to use my bosu with my tennis shoes bc I felt I needed more grip from my toes and feet to make it work. I certainlt would wobble, but a little too much so I stopped using it. Since I purchased the bosu to de weight and strength work, it didn''t get much use since it was too hard to concentrate on proper lifting form and balance. The step benches are perfect for strength work but they don''t give you the balance challenge for functional fitness. The Step360 does!

I have started to use this with Cathe Friedrich''s weight workouts (an advanced level so preview clips before purchasethese are much more advanced than the DVDs that come with the 360). Because of knee issues and prior surgeries I am unable to do tall step climbs/Leg presses anymore. Yet I still need and want to work the "thutt" areathat place where the butt and thigh meet. I also want to work my stabilizers and strengthen them as I am an avid walker and I want to now get involved with 5 and 10ks. This piece of equipment is allowing me to train the lower body in the way I want. I also lose how I connect a band to the platform for added resistance if I don''t want to use dumbbells. If you want less wobble inflate it to the max safety point. If you want more challenge, let some of the air out. It''s as simple as that. The platform as had a foam pad on top which helps keep you from slipping. I don''t sit on the platform for upper body work, I still prefer my bosu and stability balls for that; it''s more comfortable and I can get the angles I need a lot easier.

The cons IMO are:

1. The DVDs. I have the Deluxe upgrade DVDs from it was first released via informercial in 2010. I do not like Jesse, the male instructor; he gets on my last nerve so much so that I''ve only used 2 of the workouts. The workouts are short (a pro in my book) but there are an''t many workouts included in the set without the upgrade which is no longer available.

2. The air chambers leak. Not badly, but every couple of weeks (I use this 1-2x per week) I need to add a little air as it gets too low for my liking. Letting some air out adds to the challenge but if too much air escapes then the challenge goes away completely.

Is it worth the money? That depends on what you will use it for and how often. I didn''t use this for about 18 months and would have said it''s a waste of $$$. But now that I use it, my bosu rarely gets touched. I also like it a lot more than a high step for 1 legged work and step ups. If you are looking to purchase it for that New Year''s Resolution then I would pass. It''s quite bulky and heavy and takes up a lot of space both inflated and deflated. The DVDs IMO are not worth the money and I wouldn''t recommend them to anyone but beginners. Major boredom factor with them.

This is a versatile piece of equipment. It''s not as unstable as a Bosu ball but adds a nice cushion for steps and jumps that a standard step doesn''t provide, which is better for joints. You can use it for variations of squats and lunges as well as other exercises for different body parts. I also like the resistance cord catches/locks. I quite frankly don''t think that it adds much of a balance challenge, unlike some reviewers here. And I do consider myself to be balance-challenged. For me the benefit is that it''s a piece of equipment that I can use to do steps and jumps all barefoot in my home. My complaint is that it is a bit bulky and I don''t like the workout DVD that comes with it.

I bought this as a christmas gift for myself and I have to say, after a few trials, I love it. The DVD that comes with has a great variety of workouts and the workouts are intense. When I first started using it, I was a little scared of falling off and it slipped a bit on my wood floors. However, placing the whole thing on a yoga mat cleared that problem up. My only problem with the step360 is that it never seems to be as inflated as it is on the videos that making for a bit of an adjustment every time you use it.
