GoFit Yogaletics Elite Workout

My husband and I were looking for a yoga video that we could use that was focused on athletes'' needs. We both train for multisport events and are always looking for workouts that provide good total-body fitness and flexibility. We were looking for a yoga video that was more challenging and didn''t emphasize the spiritual aspect of yoga. We picked this one up and it has fit the bill perfectly.
