I bought one of these after my spinal fusion and hip replacement and it is the best thing to sit on. It is portable and allows for longer, more comfortable sitting time then sitting on a chair alone. I could not have recovered as well with out it. It is even great for everyone to increase muscle tone while sitting. Many exercises can also be done on it in addition to using it as a medical aid for sitting. Highly recommended for all ppl of all ages!

The disc arrived quickly, but no directions on how to use it were enclosed. I don''t know how to use it. It is a quality product.

I thought that this would be useful to at least try. The box arrived with opposite ends torn offso there was no way to even return it. I borrowed an air pump only to realize that there is no seal in the large blue disc.

So I have a useless plastic disc until I get assistance from Amazon to rectify the situation.

This seller refused to respond to my e-mail.
