When I first started sparring in Muay Thai I went to Dick''s Sporting Goods and tried on the different headgear and this fit the best so I got it. The other headgear they had was other lame newbie gear, as well. This isn''t headgear for anyone above a beginner. The neoprene and velcro closures aren''t great and don''t make for a consistent fit. Especially, when you are putting them off and on with your gloves on. Sometimes it''s tight, sometimes its loose. If you have a longer head, the chin protection will interfere with you breathing. BEcause of the stretchy neoprene on the top your vision can be obscured mid-round as well. My teacher started our latest sparring session with "Dude, you are going to have to get new headgear", which I knew.....so I''m looking now.
Doesnt Fit well, Although it does offer alot of protection, i''d say save your cash and buy an expensive headgear that will fit and last longer rather than buying lots of cheap ones like i did, i just ended up getting a real leather expensive one that lasted
