I have been using the handles at least three times a week during my workouts. They have made the handling of the weights easier and more comfortable.

These handles were heavy duty, which is what I wanted. I can do suspended body weight pushups safely with them. Also, pullups and other hanging exercises.

These handles are better than what I got with my set of bodylastics 3 years ago. The straps are wider and stronger.

Super strong and well made. The metal rings are very thick so I could not connect them to exercise bands I had with small clips without getting some adaptive hardware from the local Home Depot but they work great on my old bowflex and could be easily adapted to other purposes with chains, carabiners, and/or quick links.
