I have been using similar leg cords at my physical therapist''s gym. The padded velcro on this band is much more comfortable than the one from the gym so that was a big plus. The only down side is the tension of this band was a lot weaker than the blue band at the gym. I would say it''s more of a medium resistance than heavy.

As a personal trainer I am constantly having to replace tubing. This Leg Band was almost half the price of the ones I normally use. The resistance is not as "heavy" as the other brand when comparing but it does serve the purpose.
