Elite Dual Surface Aeromat

I first encountered this mat at my local Feldenkrais studio, and even though I already had another kind of mat, I decided to get this one too. The Aeromat has a perfect balance of sponginess and firmness, and is just sticky enough that you can hold your feet where you wnat them, or slide them around too. One side is smooth and stickyish, the other is ribbed and less sticky, so you even get to choose the balance of sticky/slippery!

The Aeromat isn''t as big as my other mat, but that hasn''t proved a problem at all so far. You will definitely want to air it out before using it, as it''s got a chemical smell to it at first, but once that''s done you should have no problems with it.

The wife loves to do her stretching exercisesabout one hour a dayand she tells me it is just soft enough, just firm enough and very durable. So, my own use of the mat proved her opinion less than it deserves. Great mat! Just manageable enoughthe corners stay flat, thus weighty enough.
