As far as comfort, this piece is great. It fit well and was easily adjusted for a snug, comfortable fit. My only problem is that it is way too bulky. The cups stick out a little too much and the ear pieces dwarfed my head. There really is no need for earguards to cover that much of a surface area. I used it primarily for JiuJitsu and MMA training and have moved on to a Matman earguard very low profile and comfortable, too.
I have had the unrestrained model for a few years and decided to buy a new one. Can''t go wrong with it. Protects your ears and does not hurt anyone.
