j/fit 18" Basic White Foam Roller

In my experience there isn''t a lot that differentiates yoga rollers from one another aside from price. I got this one because it was the least expensive 18" that qualified for Prime shipping, and I am not at all disappointed. I use this primarily for my back, and it works great to relieve back pain from hunching over a computer all day. One thing I will note, is that the image fot this product appears to be a 24" roller, where this one is a bit smaller. I knew when I was getting and was prepared for the size, but the roller wont look exactly like the one pictured.

Purchased this following a knee injury. My doctor recommended that I use a foam roller to stretch. The item was exactly as I hoped. Perfect for the stretches I need.
